being 8m and no large caravans are under 8m. To the shed being delivered onto the nature slip in the middle of the driveway so we could no longer access the site after the delivery co were not given delivery instructions or the correct phone number. To the builders then refusing to build for the quoted price because the shed was on the nature strip, nowhere near the build site. We would send emails, phone calls, text messages, facebook messages and replies were sporatic. We were simply ignored. After months and months of drama, we read other reviews and decided to no longer attempt contact and source our own builder. Smooth sailing from there - until parts were of coarse missing.During the initial planning stage we had a quote from their concreter whom indicated the Co was under new management and he would likely not continue to pour for them. After weeks of waiting for the quote, (and no replies to our request for info from Compass) they then sent another concreter turn up to quote - obviously the initial one had refused to continue to deal with the Co. This was the first warning sign and we should've gone elsewhere from there. A nightmare ensued. BUYER BEWARE.
