Delivery guys Marino and Happy were efficient and friendly. Received SMS advising delivery window one week prior. Was also useful to be able to track their location on the day.
Oscar and Avtar were so friendly when delivering my shed. Absolute gentlemen, carried my shed all the way to the back yard where I needed it. Highly recommend these two drivers! Great job
I'm building a custom aviary for the wife. So, to me, it's not just as simple as ordering a shed/aviary. RYAN was extremely patient, and helpful with me. His answers to my queries were prompt. He has made it easy for me to navigate thru this process.

Avtar and Oscar called ahead and let me now they were arriving. They were considerate in delivery of the shed and made sure it was laid neatly and securely.
Everything was neatly packed into two boxes, making all items and accessories easy to check. Adan and Vish also provided a helpful and informative delivery service. Pretty smooth and pleasant experience.

This is the second shed we have purchased. Josh was outstanding, he delivered the shed and placed it exactly where we wanted it , we had a few questions which he answered. He was very friendly and a total professional.

walls and roof panels were all assembled in about 5 hours. Standing up the walls and final assembly was about 4 hours. I am extremely happy with the result. I would recommend Easyshed to anyone.
Follow-up · The shed has been installed now for two years and has withstood a cyclone with wind gusts over 120kmh. Nearby trees means the roof gutters fill up with leaves but it's an easy job to clean them out every few months. Everything about the shed is still spot on. nightmare. Despite their claims of "precisely made" and "easy as" products, the shed I received was neither precise nor easy. Major issues include: • Panels not cut correctly and don’t fit brackets/braces as per instructions • No panel labels, despite instructions referring to them • Roof panels leave large gaps – will not be waterproof • Panels bend when rivets are drilled due to no pre-drilled holes My son, who is both a qualified electrician and experienced handyman, confirmed that the shed is poorly manufactured and not fit for purpose. Their customer service (Thalia) admitted their sheds allow 5–10mm variation, but the panels we received were 25mm out — and that’s apparently "acceptable"! I asked for a refund or replacement — was told no, because all the panels are like this. They’ve refused to honour their advertising claims or consumer rights. I’ve now lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria, as this is a clear breach of: Section 54 (Acceptable Quality) Section 55 (Fitness for Purpose) Section 260 (Major Failure – misleading product claims) I’ve since discovered many other customers reporting the same issues. This is not a one-off — it's a systemic quality issue they continue to deny and ignore. I encourage anyone who has bought a shed from this company to complain to their state Consumer Affairs as I have been informed that an investigation will only occur if all of us report our issues. Don’t be fooled by their marketing. Easy ordering and delivery. Delivery was under 2 weeks. Excellent communication to day and time. Was notified on day when 30 minutes away and delivered within specified hour window. Friendly and helpful delivery from Merino and Happy.
Lead up to delivery and delivery was excellent haven't had it put up yet will wait and see you absolutely cannot change anything once you have ordered even before manufacturing so make sure you don't want changed

Terrible! First of all, it took 5 weeks for my shed to arrive. When it did arrive, I wasn't notified as the tracking link didn't work. Then assembly is a pain, somehow the shed doesn't come with corners so you have to bend the side of the panels into tiny u chanels. It just doesn't work! And when I contacted their bot about it... no answers. Don't recomend.
Don't believe the name or the marketing material. There is nothing "EASY" about these sheds. They say allow 4 hours for 4 people to assemble, it ended up taking 3 whole soul destroying weekends. Misleading delivery times and very poor customer service – If you live in WA, I would strongly advise you to avoid Easy Shed. Their delivery timeframes are misleading and the customer service is none existent. I ordered my shed on the 14th August and was advised that delivery would take approx 5 - 15 working days. however this was extremely misleading. It had not been despatched, it had been moved to their delivery department which is where it is still sitting. Numerous phonecalls and emails and just fobbed off with what what is possibly an overseas call centre. I have been told that there is not enough deliveries in my area so they are waiting for more and could not give me a date. This is poor along with their service and I have requested a refund but had no response other than it awaiting delivery. My next step is to contact the NSW Fair Trading to see where I stand. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.
