From ordering the shed to delivery was a very easy and straight forward process. Updates on arrival were extremely accurate. Craig and Matt were fantastic with the delivery and even wheeled it around the back of the house for me. 100% would buy again and recommend.

Only just received it, so we'll see. However, from the offset I was so surprised at how polite and nice Marino was and Bobby worked quick and smooth and where in and out in a heartbeat. I noticed how cautious they were with the items and with my property too.

Joe was efficient and effective from arrival, walking the route to the delivery point, running the Moffett past my trees and placing the load as requested. He then quickly had the Moffett loaded and his remaining loads secured. Joe is a genuine ambassador for Easyshed and the transport industry!! Amanda J and Joe made my Easyshed experience easy!!

EasyShed was great to deal with from start to finish. I wanted a larger garden shed & used the big shed option that gave me a garage door entrance & window for natural light. More expensive than a simple shed but far better and stronger - designed to meet Australian codes & standards, especially wind rating. The EasyShed team was great -… Read more

including Amanda in design/sales and Mich in support. Delivery was on time except the insulation. Mich kept me informed on that issue plus helping to solve a couple technical problems too. The documentation provided including drawings made this a do it yourself job (with help). I would recommend EasyShed if you are considering a new “big” shed.

It was an amazing experience overall. At first, the shed was delivered by Ankush who was really generous to put the things where I requested him to put. Then, a few days later, we got the shed installation done by Damian. We built this shed for our chickens which is to be used as a chicken coop. There were quite a few additions/alterations needed… Read more

in the shed for that. We additionally put six vents, a skylight sheet and an automatic chicken door to it. It took Damian almost the whole day to complete the task. But, the ultimate output was an absolute bullseye. He is very thorough, neat and expert at what he does. Thanks to EasyShed, Ankush & Damian for the support. Good luck to you all.

Solid and tidy effort bringing the shed to the backyard

Follow-up  · The product is good and delivery to the backyard was good. However the shed itself was very difficult to put together - it took 2 full days.

Safe delivery and friendly staff. We were offered voucher if we used air tasker to set up the shed.

Follow-up  · Assembly took very long time, took 2 people to hold it up in place. We found inside the shed is leaking as it’s raining now. Not happy as it’s not secure.

Terrible – I can't state this enough stay away from these sheds, ordered 2.5 by 2.5 x 2.1garden shed in monument colour, first thing every sheet is scratched servely because no cover except small pieces of foam, then very badly damaged sheets with corners bent… Read more

and even torn off, also dented then there is the numbering some of the frames numbers are worn off and all the sheets have no numbers on them making it very hard to know which ones are which, you have to measure them and match them too the ones in the instructions. Now to company's response( quote )the bent and torn corners won't effect the integrity of the sheet and for the scratching they would send a touch up tin of paint, still waiting for that.

Follow-up  · Yes assembly was difficult due to the fact some of the pieces had no identification numbers or letters, shipping was good turned up when they said, and a complete no when it comes to resolving issues they did send a tin of touch up paint only trouble is the colour didn't match and the dents and bent iron wasn't there fault as it could have happened in transit, overall very poor no stars.

When our order was placed, it took roughly two weeks for it to be manufactured and delivered. Marino and Leo from Easy Shed had been awesome, delivering the large parcels and placing them where we were going to build it. We were super excited to get started and then we realised how much we took on board. Or in this case, my brother realised this… Read more

wasn't a one man job. This should be getting your mates involved with lots of beer and lots of favours. But my brother did it himself (with a little help from me lol)and gotta say, I am impressed. Thanks bro!

Yeah he fucked up a few times, took four weekends, and the Louvre window opening was cut way bigger then it needed to be, a million screws and random holes, but it's water tight and now I have a great garden shed. It's an awesome shed. Bro out did himself and Easy Shed is so worth it.

The price is great and it withstood the heavy rain, and the strong wind. I had ordered all the extras and it was well worth the investment. Just a word of warning, if you cant put together an IKEA unit then this DIY shed is not for you, you need two or more people to help build it and you also need the right tools. And you need time and patience!

If you can do all that, then 100% recommend Easy Shed!!

I purchased a 3X3metre "high roof" garden shed from Easyshed. Once erected the shed is undoubtedly strong and neat-looking, but wow, I really had to work HARD for it. These sheds are anything but easy to put up! They are in fact extremely difficult and very time consuming. First of all, just trying to understand and interpret the sometimes vague… Read more

instructions in the manual they supplied, and secondly having to painstakingly pre-drill EVERY single hole, and there are a LOT of holes. If you don't pre-drill, nine times out of ten the weak self-drilling screws they supplied with the kit fail to penetrate the colourbond underneath and just push it away. The frustration factor alone is through the roof.

I had to employ a qualified shed builder because I soon realised I was out of my depth after reading through the tome of a manual that arrived with the kit. It took the tradie two entire days to patiently assemble and put up the shed, including myself who helped hand things and hold things up for him. By the end of the two days we were worn out mentally and physically. Possibly in frustration the tradie managed to jab himself with the drill halfway through the second day. There were just so many holes that had to be pre-drilled with battery packs needing constant recharging.

Also, to add insult to injury, Easyshed neglected to include a manual for the extra portal kit (reinforcing) that I purchased. We assumed that because this came as an optional extra it could be put in later. No such luck! Only after I requested some sort of instruction manual from Easy Shed was I told the bad news that this reinforcing has to be installed into the shed as it is being built, not afterwards. So now if I want to fit it in I will have to dismantle part of the shed! It was hard enough to put up the first time, so why would I ever want to dismantle part of it again?

I say again, this so-called "Easy" shed was anything but easy! Even dealing with their staff is not easy. Instead of apologising to me for failing to include a manual with the kit for the extra reinforcing, they basically blamed us for not contacting them sooner about the manual. How were we to know there even was such a thing, as we could not find it on their website, and how were we to know the portal kit had to be installed during construction? Most importantly I was not told this at time of purchase when it was offered to me like a carrot on a stick during checkout, and as I received no instructions for the portal kit we really had no idea. And even the instruction manual I received upon asking for it was rather vague and you had to go through each page until you matched up your shed size with the kit supplied. Then apparently there are four optional places where you can install this portal kit which is not clearly stated in the said manual, but rather vague, and this I was only told about later after emailing the company again in frustration, who supplied an illustration with some crudely drawn lines made by a highlighter pen.

My tradie had had enough after two agonising days and did not wish to return to install the extra reinforcing, so it still remains uninstalled. The tradie did remark that this shed was by far the most difficult shed he has ever had to build from kit, for all the same reasons that I have already provided.

Step by step instructions to go with the shed would have solved so many hassles, but it seems Easyshed may be more interested in selling sheds and optional extras than making life easier for their customers. Some pre-assembly would also greatly assist customers by helping to avoid the confusion experienced on opening boxes and being confronted with a veritable jigsaw puzzle of metal pieces.

In short, yes I did at first save money by purchasing this brand of shed compared to other shed companies, but I ended up forking out a lot more to tradies and time wasted. Compare this shed to a competitor like Dependable Sheds, their sheds are more expensive but all the sheets are pre-assembled and you basically just have to put up the 4 walls and rivet them together, then slide on the roof and fasten. A Dependable Shed only takes about 4 hours for two people to put up on their own and there is no need to contract a tradie.

I would also suggest that Easyshed could include some eyelet latches to latch back the sides of the doors and more importantly some ground anchors with Dyna bolts. Ironically they did supply two of these anchors with the additional reinforcing, which it seems I can no longer install without partially dismantling my shed. *slap forehead*

UPDATE: It turns out the portal kit could be installed without dismantling the shed. As I was told I might have to remove the roof again to fit the portal kit, it may seem the staff are not very familiar with their own products? Staff are generally pleasant and reply promptly but I wonder if this company is relying too heavily on A.I. bots to answer difficult technical questions? I often got the feeling I was chatting to a bot rather than a real human being. But when you do get to communicate with a real human you often do get the correct info, after being led astray by what a bot has told you.

Additional comments: The portal kit does definitely produce a very strong shed. Two portal kits would make an extra strong shed.

Tracking did not work, so the first I knew about the delivery of the shed was a phone call from the driver. Good thing I was home at the time. The driver was however very helpful. He helped me unload the shed boxes and move them closer to the worksite, as the boxehs were too heavy for me to manage on my own.

UPDATE #2: washed down the shed a few days after construction to find water coming in everywhere. The shed leaks from all overlaps and underneath. I have spent a fortune on Flex Paste and various sealants but still keep finding leak points. Might as well store my tools and mower in a tent. It would be just as good. I am thinking of buying a tarpaulin to drape over the roof and walls to stop water entering this ridiculous excuse for a shed. I also have a 35 year old Garden Master here and it has never leaked and survived numerous wind and hail storms unscathed. Why can't they make sheds the same as they did back then?

The stated delivery time does not include the manufacturing time. This is not clearly mentioned on the website and involved a bit of back and forth with the customer service team to get a clear indication of the expected delivery date. The delivery process itself was good, but you may need to be home. Thankfully we could remotely open the rear… Read more

carport door to let them deliver it inside.

The quality of the shed components is good. The fitting of the components according to the instructions is mixed. The instructions say to ensure that the panels are flush with the ends of the U channels when assembling them, and “you may need to gently push or pull the sheets to achieve this”. It actually needed an excessive amount of force to get the panels to align flush with each end of the U channels. So much so that the U channels needed to be clamped to the assembly frame in order to apply the amount of force needed.

As a result of aligning the panels flush with the U channels, when it came to attaching the side panels to the front and rear panels, there was minimal overlap available to join them together. It took quite a while bit of force to “bend” the panels to get enough overlap to secure the screws. Had the panels extended from the U channels a bit, the joining of the sides would have been a lot easier.

All in all it was a fairly lengthy and involved process, so calling it “Easy Shed” is a bit of a stretch.
