No communication at all. Had to follow order up twice. The driver dumped the delivery with no notice on the footpath and left. This company says ATL-AUTHORITY TO LEAVE means dump it anywhere. Cheap product, terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Not even worth my time trying to get a refund!

throughout this whole process has been very disappointing. If I had known it would take this long, I would’ve gone elsewhere. Terrible customer service and not at all what was promised.

No refund for purchase within 4 days I went to Bunnings on 26/10/2025 for buying Absco shed. My wife told me that it is too heavy for her to carry to the trolley and to the car. via email or phone call about delivery information. Then I called the number 1300 667 748 and the reception lady told me that the shed will be shipped to me after 5 weeks!!!!! Then I asked full refund for the shed and I would to buy the shed from Bunnings directly (the stock is available) and the lady told me that there is no refund policy from Simply Shed. I asked she replied me by an official email and I would seek help from NSW FairTrading.

Shed looks great after installation, easy to get in and out for storage. The installation is bit tricky due to unclear printing of parts numbers. There are so many small parts that need to go through. Other competitors send whole shed in 2-3 separate packs with doors and some channel assembled. Ordered and paid for a shed on the 18/9 , Over a month later the shed has still not been delivered. It's now the 22/10 and according to their transport tracking it's been sitting in my capital city depot since the 7/10. Puchased a shed from simply sheds. Called customer service to see if I can change it. No issue about that but the lady I spoke to was so rude . She made to comment " normal customers read the information on the website " . Absolutely rude and disgusted with the attitude from customer service.

Terrible and rude so called lady on the phone when I called up to ask a few questions. She spoke really fast and I could not keep up with her , so when she stopped talking, I explained I didn't hear everything she said. She then said, "Tell me when you are ready to listen then". I ended up buying the same shed, size and colour, from Bunnings 10% cheaper than there price. I would recommend to stay away from this business.

Great shed, ordered to many secure bolts and they have th hide to want to charge a re stocking fee, disgusting don't buy the shed from them better off direct from bunnings ! And product came all scratched poor quality.

I contacted the freight company, only to be told to get in touch with Simply Sheds. From there, it turned into an endless game of phone and email tag for a day.

When the shed finally arrived, we began assembly—only to discover we were missing multiple parts, including essential panels. I contacted Simply Sheds again, and the response I got was: “Take pictures of the parts you have and email them through so we can see what you’re missing.” Seriously?

The lack of accountability, urgency, and basic customer service was shocking. I ended up returning the shed and getting a refund. I won’t be purchasing from this company again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY! Missing pieces, terrible product – DO NOT BUY. We purchased a 3m x 3m shed and it was incredibly flimsy, screw holes didn't align and the screws have already started rusting. We were missing atleast 6 of the galvanised channel pieces which give the walls and roof pieces their 'rigidity'. When we reached out to Simply Sheds they refused to replace the shed piece and instead we had to pay AN EXTRA $150 to have this single piece supplied and delivered to us. Horrific service but we had no other choice but to pay this amount in order to complete the shed.

Extremely disappointing and whatever you do, please look elsewhere if you are interested in buying any kind of storage shed.

The shed I got was very flimsy, came scratched at several places and several holes did not align or were missing. The fixings and got did not match the ones in the instruction video

Cheap flimsy crap – We ordered a shed from these people. It took weeks to come, when it did arrive it was plonked on my drive, my husband nearly ran over it as the box was that flat he nearly didnt see it. They are out of touch with the reality – Spoken over the phone and was told that an item that costs $2,000 would be left in front of my house upon delivery with no signature. Really? What world you live in Simply Sheds? If you can’t arrange a delivery date as many others do and can’t collect signatures for an item that costs $2K, you should not be in business. Went elsewhere and bought the same item, same price, picked up by myself.

Usless – Waited and chased them up for dispatch date which we were given. That date passed with no communication. Chased them up again and told it would be a lot longer because of unavailable parts. Good quality product – The supplier (Absco) originally sent an incomplete shed, which was returned and replacement sent which was a complete shed. Terrible service - shed got ‘lost’ time – We ordered a shed 23/12. When we followed this up we were told it was lost and will resend. Told it’ll be 10business day. When follows up the second time I was told it was lost again. I was than told they can’t guarantee we will ever get it and we can’t collect it. Do not order from them it’s clearly a scam!

Great service but the product is a bit of a let down – The shed itself is useful and gives me the extra storage space that I need. I'm just a little annoyed at some of the final quality control; it's no use having a selling point of pre-drilled holes if your pre-drilled holes haven't been punched out and - worse - are pre-drilled in the wrong places. YouTube was much more helpful if still not always great with things like left/right or top/bottom.

But no problem with the vendor at all. They have been fast and pleasant to deal with, and helped me get some advice directly from Absco about how to deal with parts that didn't fit, or match the manual.

Great shed from a great company – This is my 2nd shed from simply shed. When the courier was slow to deliver Michelle managed to get the delivery to regional NSW between Xmas and New Year. Very happy with the service. Show reply

No complaints – The shed fit the space perfectly. Once I got into a rhythm, the shed came together nicely. Don’t try and put it together on your own. It could be done but much easier with a second pair of hands. All in all, I love it. Show reply
