Another great company to deal with, my installation was difficult because a live in a battle axe block but the plumber did a great job and put everything back after the installation and by the way the water is excellent to drink from the tap no more filters on everything in the house Show reply

saying the appointment needs to be rescheduled because “no one opened the door.” That’s just not true.

We have a Ring security system that sends instant alerts whenever someone comes near the front door, and a Ring doorbell that would clearly show if anyone tried to ring or make contact. There were no alerts, no doorbell activity, nothing at all.

On top of that, we have two other security cameras recording 24/7. I’ve gone through the footage carefully and even saved the recordings — there is absolutely no sign of anyone from your company coming to the house at the scheduled time.

So to be told that no one answered the door is really frustrating, because it’s simply not what happened. It feels like the salesman didn’t show up and then made an excuse instead.

This whole situation reflects very poorly on your service and professionalism.

person is showering; the water reduces to a trickle. Bypassing the system immediately fixes this, proving the unit is the issue.

- Poor Installation & Quality: The unit was not installed level, and the materials are of poor quality. The bypass valve is so close to the ground it is nearly impossible to operate—completely impractical.

- White staining: We have constant white staining on shower glass and tapware. When we raised this as an issue we were told an additional kit was required. This was not detailed at time of sale that we would need this type of kit for our water supply.

We’ve tried to resolve this but the company has stopped responding. We will now have to lodge a formal case with NSW Fair Trading. Save your money and avoid the constant sales pitches for a system that doesn't deliver.

be aware that depending on where you live, whether you can have the system installed and your filters changed by them, is a completely different matter!

When I booked a consult, I wasn’t told that we were 5km outside their service area. The gentleman who came to test our water and tell me about the product also apparently wasn’t aware of this, and when he rang the company to book our installation, he was told we are outside their service area. He had to make calls on our behalf in the next couple of days to see if we could get an installation done. You’re spending a significant amount of money getting this system, and it seems silly that they were prepared to miss out on thousands of dollars just for 5km. Anyway, they decided they would do the installation but made it VERY clear that we were on our own for replacing the filters – by calling me and telling me over the phone, by texting me and by emailing me – just in case I didn’t get the message we would have to replace my own filters, the first time they told me. Here’s hoping changing the filters isn’t too complicated. . .

We’re absolutely loving drinking the water – to not have that chlorine smell is great, and the water is actually tasteless now (both the normal filtered and the one with the fluoride removed), the way it should be. I haven’t noticed any difference to my hair or skin yet, but it’s only been 3 weeks since installation. We’re enjoying not smelling the chlorine in the water when we shower, as well.

We also got the reverse osmosis system to remove fluoride. I followed the instructions given to me by the plumber who installed it. I have to run the tap for a minute or so each time I use it until the water stops coming out cloudy – apparently this is normal for the first few weeks. It has finally settled down and the water is no longer cloudy.

Spectacular Splashing – The water is just so amazing shiny hair skin feels different in a good way it is much nicer to drink with no scale in the jug and lessstaina on shower glass and I could not speak higher especially when my family love it Show reply

ok with system – The water system was installed ok, but was not to happy on the reverse osmosis filter system. I asked the plumber after it was installed if they could correct how I would like it installed and they said it would cost a additional $150 so I left it the way they installed it. Show reply
