Excellent customer service and great health products! – Comvita's customer service relations are excellent! I really enjoy communicating with the staff online (via emails), they share in a unique way in making you feel valued right from the start. I have ordered before from this company, 5L of their Olive Leaf Extract (in cold pressed oil); the health benefits are amazing! The only downside I must say is the taste! Yikes! Having a soup-spoonful daily can be quite challenging as it has a nice texture, sweet- albeit it leaves rather a sharp cough medicine after-taste which I found "challenging". A spoonful of Manuka honey afterwards eased the strong yuckiness of it. They have other flavourings to help mask the awful taste, like Peppermint and Berry flavours; but I'm not fond of these. Now I'm about to order their capsules form in high strength potency-easier to swallow, whilst keeping the benefits all in tune. Unless you actually can master the oil's sweet yet strong tarty "cough medicine" taste, I recommend the capsules as the alternative to enjoying the health benefits of Olive Leaf Extract.
