[Content Removed] HSC Coaching School – You won't get help from them after you paid! it is a [Content Removed]! I paid for $1870 for 10 lessons of one to one-hour. The Tier 1 HSC package they offer 100% refund Guarantee if student doesn't improve 30% of the school marks. I confirmed with Concept director [Name Removed], however, I still got [Content Removed]. Enrolled student didn't get enough assistant with state rank private one to one tutor. Student does not have coaching Homework?!! Where is the guidance? No improvement! HSC English is testing student's essays writing skills, Concept only give 2 essays marking for 1 term. Student sent her own essays to let the tutor under her level, it counted as 1 essay marking! They did 1 whole hour lesson as Unseen test mock test, they used another1 full hour lesson to explain the test! It is a very expensive and unproductive coaching lesson! When parent complained and questioned the tutor Knowledge, they said parent's email is erratic and they eased the services after 8 hour one to one private lessons, I end up paid $1570 for 8 one hour lesson, so $196.25@hour! I believe it is theur usual practice to avoid the 100％Money Back Guaranteed！Fair Trade can't do anything to them! Parents, we have been [Content Removed]!
