Condor Caravans

Absolute Rubbish! – Within a year of owning our 21ft family van we had a major waterleak they claim was not covered under warranty. 7 month wait to have it fixed and out of our own pocket. Zero customer service at Australian motor homes and caravan's in Newcastle. Our dream turned to a nightmare. If I could go back I wouldn't buy this cheap built rubbish they sell and instead purchase a better brand where they actually care about their customers!

Great Aussie built caravan! – After terrible experience with our previous Coromal van this one absolutely exceeded our expectations. Purchasing it directly from manufacturer was a big bonus as we avoided dealing with dealership. Would happily buy again.

Ultimate Family 24FT Terrible Build Quality and service, sold after 9 months – Bought from Dealer in newcastle, who was rude and pushy, but as we desperatley required a 4 bunk van (last one written off whilst travelling) we had limited options. Problems started at delivery (fridge not even wired up, had 4 people looking at it, blaming my cars wiring, after 8 exhausting hours, discovered fridge wasnt wired) and horrible join works on corners. After travelling out of Newcastle enroute to Sydney, entire splashback developed large crack across entire wall! Rang dealer straight away, 3 months to even look at it! Got onto Condor, and told us to take it anywhere to get checked for warranty repair. Eventually travelled to Perth and had inspected there. Upon inspection informed that wall bracing was insufficient, van flexing hence cracked wall. Also informed that roof was very poorly designed, and TV antenna wasnt screwed into structural timber! was simply teck screws through the roof panel. Had the splashback sheeting replaced, and luckily sold for a profit very quickly due to covid prices. Do yourself a favour, don't even consider condor!!!

They say 1st Service is free to trap you and then charge you $838.60 less than 1 year use and brought it back 5 times – To many issues for a new Caravan stay away from this company. Plus rude Service Department in NewCastle.

Great build quality and even better customer service – I did 2 years research into caravans before we took the plunge. I compared all facets of the caravans and looked particularly at what their after sales service was like. Many fell at this hurdle. I checked all through Lemon caravans and RVs page on fb and spent hours on google. More were discounted here. Condor was different. Not only could I not find any negative comments on them (yes there were some people who experienced some issues with the vans, but let's face it, all vans do from time to time have problems) the only comments I did find were positive ones and some of those were from owners who did have a problem. They were so impressed on how they were treated by Condor that they took the time to post it up. Condor is no mega company, and here in lies the difference I believe. It is a family run business, with a strong desire to build excellent, value for money caravans. From the frame work to the wiring and down to the finish. Licenced sub contracted electricians do all the electrical work, both 12v and 240v and all wiring is to a high standard, as is the plumbing and all aspects of the fitout. We have had our van a year now and are loving it. From snow to outback it performs beautifully and there is an ever growing Condor owners club who organise rallies every year or at least pre covid they did, where the business owners have come along with their families!!! Such is their confidence in their product. These are great bang for your buck caravans and we are glad we chose a Condor.
