which I put on the scooter. Up and going early January 2021. Mid January the Electromagnetic braking system failed. I took the scooter to a repairer close to home. It was fixed under warranty with Condor Golf advising the repairer what needed to be done to fix a "known issue". Up and running early February 2021. After another fortnight, the electrics failed. The same repairer finally identified that the on/off switch had been forced into a hole that was off center for the switch and the switch had broken. Fixed under warranty. Up and running late February 2021. Mid February 2022, the Electromagnetic brakes failed again. This time the same repairer order a new Electromagnetic unit and fitted it to my scooter today (mid March 2022 - Freight delays). Condor Golf is aware of all my warranty problems and loss of playing time because the scooter was not operable. Condor Golf has not replied to my emails about covering the latest replacement of the braking system under warranty,

TRX Great buggy but – I have used the buggy for approximately two months, overall I am very satisfied. The buggy appears very solid and the remote function is excellent. The small niggles are, the small wheel at the back is a nightmare to install and remove. manageable. There is no travel bag to carry it in. Also the buggy tends to drift to one side, it would have been good for the sand bucket to be moved to the other side to stop is slanting to one side. The frame is a bit hard to snap together, hopefully as I use it more it will become easier. Overall I am very happy with this buggy, I hope these criticisms help improve the next model

Excellent after sales service – Had problems with TRX remote golf buggy and Paul sorted everything out. Parts were supplied free of charge. I would highly recommend Condor Golf equipment and follow up as amongst the best I have dealt with

Returned part due to inability to fit spring into controller box in grasshopper golf cart - (old model - 2013) – Part cost $20 with free shipping. Returned the part and received $20 minus the shipping = $9.22 minus paypal fees = $8.68. This little exercise cost me $11.32. Check before you buy as returning the item may be costly.
