[Content Removed] Website – I placed an order for 13 books for my study group early september and emailed them on a possible ETA. No reply. Days turn to weeks and i received no dispatch notice. had delayed and let down my entire study group and we had to purchase our books from another store. This website is a [Content Removed] and i am in the process of reporting it and contacting my bank. Please be aware!

TAKE YOUR ORDER AND FAIL TO COMMUNICATE RE DELIVERY TIME – In August 2023 we ordered and paid for three copies of the latest publications by Ian Plimmer re climate change. days after placing our order we had not received any communication and we contacted this company requesting information on when the books would be mailed. We then received a curt email stating "we have many orders and are working around the clock............ Australia Post information will be provided". There was no mention of when the books would be mailed. In other words, we had no apology for the delay and no answer to our question on information/date advising when the the books would be forwarded. Pathetic customer service!!!!!

Seventeen days later the books were delivered. We had not been received any information from Australia Post or this company to advise the shipment had finally been mailed and no comment or apology for the delay.

We can only suggest that if you can purchase these books from another seller, do not place an order with this company. Their customer service and communication style is apathetic - to say the least!
