When our Strata questioned the charges Conti had taken when we had a project manager, they emailed all owners terminating our contract. I guess they didn't like to be questioned when they were taking money for their own inefficiences. They money without transparency and are either unresponsive or aggressive when trying to get explaination. In our case, they terminated our contract. Unethical, unethical, unethical. Steer clear.

This company is dishonest and unethical. Over charges for services not provided and unhelpful to the owners as a whole. No apology, no compensation and aggressive push back when questioned about expenses. Also, that lack of expertise was always at the owners expense.

Levis plus other expnses – Rang to clarify some points, they did not even know the answer to or skipped around the answer to a simple yes or no answer. Did not let you get even a word in edgewise trying to while you are trying to explain what you want. Ignorant in a straightforward question is asked. Very Very rude. How can you have repairs to be done without quotes, and collect money without knowing the costs ???

Terrible Service – This Company is all smoking mirrors. The Strata Managers lack experience & knowledge. They often given conflicting advice, depending on who you talk to, they don't return calls and charge like wounded bulls. Best to avoid at all costs.

Get a life, Sharni! – My investment unit belongs to a plan that's been managed for several years by Sharni at Conti Strata in Five Dock. I've never been a committee member but still I'm always impressed by the clarity of Sharni's replies, and how quickly she responds. For example, recently a non-urgent email I sent on Friday afternoon elicited a detailed reply on Sunday morning. Sent at 6:30 am, believe it or not!

Great support – As a committee member needing to vote on decisions and navigate challenges that are often unrecognised by individual interests, I appreciate having the support from our strata manager where their focus is on the strata scheme's goals and long term solutions.

Spin doctors – The Strata Manager at Conti seems to make up his answers on the run and the contradicts himself in later emails when you question his responses. They have protected our self serving Committee for a number of years. They lack integrity and honesty. They don’t bother getting numerous quotes. They sent me one quote for just under $15,000.00 for work… Read more

I wasn’t responsible for. They then instructed me to deal with their builder mate who did not do a proper inspection. Steer clear. They are obviously spending all their time getting family and friends to write positive reviews on their website then looking after maintenance issues. I wouldn’t trust them with my lunch money.

Absolutely hopeless – This company together with the conti strata company are totally corrupt - they are putting up the strata and are completely useless in fixing any problems. Our building has cracks and the elevator shuts down every time it rains. They never fix problems and pass contracts to their friends who pocket the money and do shoddy jobs-aviod if possible!

No owners portal access – A former committee member told me that their marketing manager promised that owners would have access to records through a portal. The website provides for owner access. They have now been in charge for more than 18 months and no owner access. I raised the issue with the principal but got ignored. Don't believe everything they say.

Dissatisfied customer – They levy a charge for reading an email and "diarising' contents of said email. When compared to the previous strata manager, their rates are dearer and they do less. They lack objectivity, in my opinion.
