Great team of realestate specialists – Highly recommended Coolum Beach Realty. Gretl, Stuart, along with the rest of the team, have been nothing short of amazing! The professionalism and friendliness is what you want when renting through a real estate; people that you know you can rely on and work equally fair for the owners and tenants of the properties. They have key skills that other real estates lack, and are more than helpful when an issue may arise.

Gretl wasn’t able to get in contact with my prior lessor due to a change of hands, which was a bit heart stopping when you’re on the road to applying for a new rental, although, she gave me great confidence in the fact it wasn’t going to affect me and I’d still have a place to call home. Gretl never misses a beat, very prompt responses, and if Gretl is ever unable to respibd, Stuart will be right there to help keep up the communication, which is essential when communicating back and forth.

Highly Professional Service – We placed our rental property in the hands of Coolum Beach Realty early this year and have nothing but praise for the professionalism of this agency. We had quite specific criteria and they spent some time searching for the right tenants for our property. Since then they have been extremely efficient in managing any tenant concerns and always communicate with us. There is a rental guarantee that ensures the rent payment appears in our bank account each month and an emailed statement. The recent 3 month inspection came with dozens of photos for our peace of mind. We would highly recommend Coolum Beach Realty for property management, can’t fault them.

Beware- worst Real Estate Service – The worst property management service. The levels of incompetence were unbelievable; unreliable service, poor to no communication, high staff turnover and excuses based on this, as to why the managed property was not being managed. Maintenance that was paid for was not executed, while the property managers stated it had been. The managers give no respect to their customers and in fact treat customers in an insulting and arrogant fashion, which is unbelievable considering one is paying for a service to have their property managed. Be warned if you consider leasing your very valuable investment with [names removed] of Coolum Realty.
