Cooper Tires Australia

Inferior engineering for a expensive price. Cooper not willing to negotiate a deal on price. Will never buy again, choose a European brand.
Worst Tyres I've had yet even worse than BFG all terrains. Had sidewall split on 3 out of 5 with 60% tread left. Warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.
I have the Coopers M/T and they're so noisy. Not a fan. 5k on the road and they're showing wear already. Wish I'd bought the A/T instead
These Coopers tyres 245/70r16 AT LT are Chinese crap. Paid almost $1600 for 4 tyres and 3 have split in the sidewalls. Under 20000 ks. Don't waste your money. Just buy Maxxis.
Cooper road trail 225/70/15 are absolute garbage , after using the at3 USA made for several years these new model are Chinese junk that can not be balanced absolute disgrace of a tyre Show details
COOPER XL ATT's – Don't know why we wasted time & didn't look into Coopers earlier. We all know the Klugers come out of the manufacturer with Michellins & found the Michellins didn't live up to their life cycle expectancy, having to have to replace them every 2years becoming a deep pitch in the hip pocket & a huge waste money. Frustration turned into researching… Read more
into other brands The Cooper XL ATT's slightly pricier, but well worth it. What a great investment and huge change in driving. You notice the difference in the cars performance with a much smoother and quieter ride and no slip slides in wet weather.
Have had the Coopers since 03/2021 and were replaced 04/2026. Very impressed with the life span of the tyres (5yrs and driving 15-18K kms yearly incl. interstate travel & reg maintenance yearly alignment and quarterly tyre pumps assists in the tyre life.
10/10 Satisfaction & 100% recommendation for COOPER TYRES!
Cooper tyres are the worst – I will never buy Cooper tyres my Ute is at 18,400 is and I'm being told I will need 4 new tyres at next service when I was originally told they would last at LEAST 60,000 ks what a joke worst tyres ever!!!
Great tires! – Tires are awesome, good quality at reasonable price. The staffs are nice and accommodating choosing the best tires that suits our car. Thanks and see you again next time.
Tyres Beyond Belief – I studied plenty of tyres before our trip around Australia. The trip consisted of sealed and a lot of off-road driving, some in very rough conditions with an off-road caravan single axle. My final decision was the Cooper Tyres STMAXX. So far we have driven on the Oodnadatta track, the back blocks through the Flinders Ranges, Off roading in the… Read more
High Country Vic, the Finke Desert Track in NT, off-roading in the High Country in Tasmania and the Birdsville Track to name a few plus quiet a bit of off-road driving where there was no road or track. We have encountered very sharp shale, sharp tree spikes, extremely wet dirt tracks and very rough conditions with many damaged surfaces. The performance of these Cooper Tyres STMAXX have been nothing but outstanding. The most exciting thing is we have nearly reached 100,000 klm on the one set of tyres. Between towing, off road driving etc these tyres have performed beyond my belief. They are the KING of the road. So when you choose your next tyre ask for Cooper Tyres STMAXX.
Coopers ATT Tyres – I purchased a set (4) of Coopers ATT 265/60/18 due to the reviews and guarantee of long wear 80K. After 18K I am told I need to replace at least one tyre and a second only has 5 mm left. These tyres are only used on local city roads. Dealing with the installer and Coopers Rep and being told "we can't do anything" or "Once you have worn your tyres… Read more
out we'll give you 75% of the dollar value of the initially worn tyre!!!! What really???? So I have to buy a brand new tyre, keep the car for the entire life of the tyres and "hope" Coopers give me some money for 1 x tyre????? Time to step up Coopers and give some quality customer service
Since writing this review, Coopers contacted me via social media. Their rep came out and listened to my complaint, viewed my tyres and offered a reasonable resolution to the problem. Thank you Coopers for hearing my concerns and rectifying my problem. Seems it's more to do with the retailer and installer than Coopers.
Value for money and factory backed – I have had a few cooper tyres, and over 1 million km travelled, only one tyre was hard to balance and got replaced. always had at least the offered mileage from them, usually 30% more AT3 on 2008 and 2011 Pajero Show details
Puncture after puncture on gravel roads – Extremely disappointed with the 265/70R18 Cooper SRX tyres. A very expensive 4WD tyre put on my Nissan Y62 about 20,000 kms ago. Have had 5 rupture punctures and have no choice but to replace the near new tyres with a different brand. Just not reliable, just not good enough!!! very very disappointed customer
Where did my steering go? – I have just replaced my Yokohama Geolander tyres on my 2013 Subaru Outback with Cooper CS5 tires and my steering seems to have lost its feel. At times It feels too loose, particularly when cornering. With the Geolanders I felt that I had a good feel for the road through the steering wheel but now I don't. The speed was low (60-80 kms /hr) on a wet road.

Prado Tyres – I have used the ATR (2 sets)_and AT3 tyres (1 Set) on my 120 series Prado, I have gott about 80,000 from each which I think is pretty good. Tyres have always gripped well and resisted punctures.
Never buy Cooper Tyres – I bought 4 new 4wd Cooper tyres for my ute, which the salesman reassured me I would get 90,000km easy as they are good quality tyres. I am very rigid on keeping my tyres regularly maintained. Between 27,000 - 28,0000kms my front tyres were worn and the back two starting to wear. With no satisfaction from the retailer, I contacted the Cooper… Read more
Manufacturer directly. After I stated what I was told when I purchased and mentioning that it is also on their webpage that Cooper tyres are advertised as doing 90,000kms, his reply was "Yes, that's right and your are in between that" which he thought was ok. I was offered $70/tyre off next purchase. What a joke. I will never support Cooper products again due to the bad warranty service.
bad warrranty service
