A waste of time – I agree with the above. Took payment for 2 visa cards for xmas gifts but says others cancelled using same payment method - impossible to get others to go through and no response.

Terrible customer experience - shocking website user experience, poor customer service – Never had so much difficulty trying to simply purchase a gift card for staff. We tried to purchase 3 x $1000 Visa cards after our registering an account with Corporate card store. The account was approved and we tried to process the order on a credit card and it continued to be rejected. We then contacted support three times over a 4 days period to try and get some assistance with no luck. We were told the issue "has been escalated" and to expect a email response shortly. Still waiting 5 days now. Stay clear from this company - do not bother! Who would have thought buying a gift card could be so challenging.
