The guy at the fuel station was so rude I've not renewed my membership and will never shop at Costco again.

got the tracking number finally and to no surprise, it doesn't work. Today I received a message that the TV will be delivered tomorrow between 9:00 and 12pm . This is not good enough, it's an other broken promise from another big American corporation .

I bought 4 pair of jeans today, but I could not try it on without paying for it first. After queueing up for nearly 30min, I paid for the jeans and tried them on. counter (another 25min!) for a refund as they don't do exhanges, and had to get the right size and queue up again at the general counter to pay for the jeans, another nearly 30 min! Seriously Costco, this is easy to remedy by creating a less than 10 or 5 items counter, or give you customer a card or something that would allow them through the general queue so they can have the exchange at the Members counter. You don't seem to care about customer service and how long we are spending in the queues!

price tag was $199. My fault, got to the checkout and in my desperation to avoid the human crush I didnt pay attention to the reciept or the amount I was charged. Upon my arrival at home, my wife asked me why I spent $2k at Costco. I looked at the receipt and saw that they had charged me $1500 for the drone. I called expecting to be told tough it was my fault, but I was assured that they would refund me for the cost of the drone and acknowledged the placing of the $199 ticket could have caused confusion. I said that I had opened the box, they said that was ok and for me to bring it in. I did, and to their credit they refunded me the $1500. Thank you Costco for doing the right thing and as my wife has reminded me Im not allowed to go to Costco without her.

Disgraceful service from Vivian (ViVi) on her name tag, “Seon W” on the receipt. She called me “lazy” and barked that the barcodes of EVERY item must face up, even threatening to refuse service. disgusting, bullying behaviour — I don’t pay $130 a year to be treated like trash. With multiple negative reviews about her, it’s clear Costco accepts and approves this abuse, but customers deserve far better.

Costco Fraud !!! Costco is cheating its customers !!! I had renewed my membership on 8/24/2014. I paid the full price for 12 months!!! And Costco backdated my membership !!! My membership ends on 6/30/25 !!! I paid for 12 months and I'm supposed to pay dues again after 10 months!!!! This is a scam!!!

minutes drive from the mountain where I live. I visited there last week having lost my Costco card. I was informed it was no longer valid and I'd have to spend another $65 to renew membership. What's with the long cues – I do not understand the cue to exit Costco. You line up to enter, you line up to pay and then line up to leave. purchasing. It's just something I will never understand. Costco makes you feel like sheep when we all have to comply and line up. It's ridiculous. When there is only one person at the door verifying your purchase and there is a line..expect people to walk out because who has time for that. Definitely not me.

Not value for money and very secretive – They wouldn’t even let me in the door without paying for a membership. I wanted to see if it was value for money before buying one but clearly they are not value for money at all. Staff were flat out rude and lacked customer service skills too
