Poor Customer Experience – I ordered a few different boat trailer brake parts and paid for express delivery. After 4 working days I hadn't received any notification regarding delivery. dissatisfaction as there was no indication of any out of stock items when the order was placed and confirmed. The customer service rep was unwilling to provide any form of discount, etc. Again I expressed my disappointment with their ordering system and overall poor customer experience.

As such, the order was cancelled and a full refund was issued 2 days thereafter.

I promptly ordered all the parts (and more) from another supplier (R&M Marine) at similar or lower prices.

In summary, I cannot recommend Couplemate and will not order from them in the future due to the delays they caused me and poor customer service experience.

Not another break away switch failure. Deemaxx calipers a little bit odd – Fast efficient service easy to order. The freight can easily be missed when doing an online order. Not overly fussed on the quality of certain parts. Especially from China. Dee maxx calipers are a concern with the rubber bushings for the slide and retaining bolts. right through the caliper unobstructed. Not normally a concern. Outer pad wear is also much quicker than the larger inner.
