Very helpfull staff offered a fair price for trade we couldnt make a deal as there wasnt the right guitar for me they where super helpfull didnt get salty when i didnt buy anthing .thanks tim ill be back for sure.

different retailer, one that gets back to you when you make an inquiry. Good luck to Coleman’s though. Business must be booming for Coleman’s to ignore a Fender Custom Shop order. Don’t text me saying you do trade ins and then ignore a guy wanting to trade in. 0 stars.

They sell second hand/demo stock as new. BEWARE – I bought a guitar pedal from them and it was clearly second hand or demo. It had a scratch on it that went across the price sticker, and it was repackaged with 'extras' - pieces of another bag (that the pedals come packaged in) clearly from a different pedal. aware that the pedal was not brand new, but tried to get away with it anyway.

I contacted them about it, and was fobbed off with a smug 'if you don't like it, send it back' reply, knowing what an inconvenience it is to return something (at my own expense).

So, not only did they (seemingly dishonestly) sell me a damaged pedal as new, they have terrible customer service. For a place that spams me with unsolicited messages about how they are a caring family business...

False information on Facebook – They posted about a sale on Face book 02, 03 June 2023. This update was Misleading the customers. Today I drove 30km to buy the Jackson misha mansoor guitar which was on sale. Because it showed they have the stock in this list. I was the third person to enter the shop this morning and we were waiting outside until they open. But at the store their was a girl with a list of items availabe and said its already sold. They are going to loose their loyal customers. PLEASE DONT MISLEAD YOUR CUSTOMERS. DONT POST FALSE Information on Facebook to attract customers. Totally disappointed with their mal practice.

I posted this on their Facebook page and finally they removed all my posts on their FB page to keep on misleading the customers and they blocked me from veiwing their posts.

the Item and swop it to an other one. (problem with the microphone is it was discounting for few seconds occasionally while I using it) as it is working and while they are testing for less than couple of minutes it was working. So they refuse to exchange the device.

After few days as I was still facing the same problem I call them and explain them the situation. I Told them that I can show them a video clip recorded how it is disconnecting. But the wanted me to bring my microphone cables and mixture everything to bring in to store and leave it there to test. According to there solution to sort out my problem I should have travel from Pakenham to their store twice wasting my time and money. Microphone is only $75 but I should have spend about $100 to get their so called warranty covered.

And when I spoke to manager his attitude toward the me was very poor and he was forcing me to accept the fault is in the cable or PA mixer. And finally store manager end up yelling at me. After that I sent them an email requesting their final decision which they did not respond until now

Beware of warranty procedure. ------------------------

If you purchase some thing from them with peace of mind believing if there is a fault that you will be covered by warranty. I highly recommend not to believe them. They will come up with different stories and make things harder for you which will waste your time and money.

equipment came quickly and the item is in tip top condition. I never bought some thing over the phone this expensive without looking. The trust and speedy nature of Dawn made my wife 40th birthday gift best ever. I was looking for a bargain and quick delivery, Dawn made this happen and very thank full for this. I hope the management know how valuable Dawn is to Lynbrook store. Many thanks

Great service – A really friendly helpful team who helped me thru my purchase, order, then amendment to order a couple of weeks later, with total commitment to assisting the customer in customer's best interest. Great staff , highly recommended
