was able to resolve replacements from Jaycar for $13. Saves a headache dealing with Rubber Monkeys! For the more expensive gear, its just not worth risking your $ and headspace if they will not even provide support! If its something more expensive I wouldve gone the ACL route. Establish a local supplier that will deal with your warranty woes! Says a lot about a company who do not respond to support requests!

Had good experiences with RM previously and first interaction with salesman Khon was positive but when the gear bag (for a few hundreds) wasn't supplied his manager Samuel Bellwood offered me the strap to play with while I wait another 6 months. My small delivery was supposed to ship from you guys to Adelaide. So far it's gone from you guys to Adelaide, back to Sydney, and then to Melbourne for no explicable reason. It's been a couple weeks and I still haven't received my shipment.

Always have gear in stock or it's listed when not - unlike others who state in stock and dont even inform you about the 3 weeks wait.... Gear gets sent straight out no fussing or delays. Arrives quick as and they have a huge range. Prices are excellent. Love dealing with these guys.
