Good value
I ordered the Axiom Concerto Series Clarinet Outfit to learn clarinet on. Having never played a reed instrument using YouTube videos was able to get some basic tunes going in short time. For the price this seems good value, put together easily and initially could get low and high register easily with some practice in reed setup and embouchure experimentation. Initially couldn't get middle range but seemed technique issue as after a week starting to get it going.

Great for the price
I purchased the $500 student euphonium and I am thrilled with how it plays and feels for the price. It doesn't have perfect pitch or intonation like others I've played, but for the price it is amazing. If you want a short-term euphonium like me or a beginner instrument this is certainly a great buy.

A brilliant flute for the price and wonderful customer service!
I bought this flute for my daughter as it has the curved headjoint. It has been perfect for her. Recently, the F key stopped working and her school sent it for repair to the company they use for woodwind repairs. I was told "It will cost more than it is worth to fix it." I reached out to David at Axiom. The flute was still under warranty (just). I sent it off to him and he fixed it in under 1 hour! And even replaced the case! I am so impressed with the customer service I received and this wonderful flute at literally an unbelievable price.

Nice reeds
They are nice reeds with practical packaging, I am only just starting out on reed instruments, the 2 1/2 size give a nicer sound so far, finding the perfect combination and trying many products, I am happy with these so far, I may try different mouth pieces to get the effect I am after on the 1 1/2 size

A good 1/4 violin for my 8 year old daughter to begin her musical journey
Arrive fast and well packed. Whole outfit with ready setup and tune to start. Look and feel great for an affordable price. Will return to Axiom when upgrading to next size for my daughter!

Questions & Answers
Hi, my 11 year old daughter is learning clarinet at school (currently using a rental Yamaha 255). I'd like to buy her her own clarinet, but am not sure whether to purchase the Prelude or the Concerto. She has only been learning for a year, so given she is a beginner is the Prelude more suited? I don't mind paying the extra for the Concerto if it is a better instrument as long as it is still ok for beginners.The plan is she will continue to play throughout her high school years. Any advice appreciated!
Hi Megan. If you feel confident that she will continue playing then the Concerto is definitely the better option. It is a composite timber instrument and has a nicer tone. It is perfectly suited to beginners or advanced players. Thank you
Hi I bought an Axiom Alto Saxophone but the reed and mouthpiece does not seal - the mouth piece seems curved leaving a slight gap?
Hi Hannah. There should be a slight gap at the tip of the reed, this is normal. The reed needs room to vibrate against the face of the mouthpiece. Are you having difficulty playing?
