its about trust between client and the worker' helping out. Never trust him again .

He was Always nices so he can get paid with age care or customer intially and we had a good rapport with us for over last 2.5 years as well with my dad and myself via baptcare gardening service for the age care. They had to be nice otherwise they'd lose the Baptcare contract. Do the job and get paid. When i gave him a side private job he changed attitude delayed work and took the money without supplying all the goods and he has no work ethics and just disrespected his customers, they have no morals with how to run a business, provide poor service. He promised to do the work I hired him for and he never completed it as he kept stalling over a year not what he thinks his suppose to have completed (his dreaming, he can't add up figures !!). I would ring weekly to find out what his schedule / booking with us, with great delays. Watch your back thats all I say. he and his father know who to scam the vulnerable people unfortunately. once a scammer always a scammer. He puts on a good appearance. his father isn't any better agrees with Trent after I've provided proof and written evidence on what work I hired him to do. HUH what a joke you both are misleading people and what an embarrassment you are to the australian public !!!

Reliable, trustworthy and committed – Trent is a lovely man who has always worked with a smile on his face and completed his work on time. We so appreciate the extra work he does for us and the commitment he shows.

Always been great to us – I am shocked at the bad reviews. Trent has always been great to us. He is kind and very gentle and spends a lot of time talking to my Father who tells him all of his old stories. Trent visits us once a month and never leaves anything not completed. Its not just the work but the personal relationship he has forged with us all.

Beautiful man – Trent has done a lot of work for my elderly mother. He is amazing. Not only a gardener but takes time out to listen to my mum. Great man. Can’t believe the bad reviews.

They don't pay their bills – Have done work for this ex Hawthorn footballer , sent a number of emails to be paid, will not answer phone calls or emails, it has been 10 months now. Don't get involved in any way with these people, they are dodgy as.

Be Careful promise the world deliver little – Was approached by Croad Gardens to install artificial turf as a sub contractor for a project in East Bentleigh. artificial turf component was the one that I was concerned with and in total was around $12500 worth and the installation was completed on the 28/29 November last year. Since that time my only payment was initial deposit of 50% with balance payable 7 days after completion, which was then changed to 30 days as installation took place.

We are now at the end of March 2017, five and a half months later I haven't been paid, other tradies haven't been paid and the customer has had to terminate the agreement because of continual no show and no response to phone calls. (PS they gave him around $20000 up front for what was around a $40000 job). However they feel they have nearly got their 20k worth seeing they got $12500 of turf plus some other things done.

It is now at the stage where I will be taking this to Vcat, as no one at Croad Gardens will answer phone calls or emails. if you come across this company please be careful as he will sweet talk you, promise the world and chances are will deliver little and show no remorse about it either.
