arrive on 28/5/25. • Shockingly, it was only on 27/5/25—the day before the scheduled delivery—that we received a call from [Name Removed] (name uncertain), a manager at the factory. He offered verbal apology and suggested that the initially delivered wrong mattress (a newer, firmer design) could be kept instead of swapping it for the one we originally selected. No other optional compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused by their error.
This last-minute call felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially since the factory could have addressed this in April. Worse, the manager admitted that production was deliberately delayed until after his call, further prolonging the resolution. Wrote complaint letter on 16/6/25. Mute responding at all.
Simply they sold you a mattress, no matter you like or not, you stuck on it. That is what we felt. Also, we found out to protect their price to avoid price match, they simply change model name to different retails. So you won't see the model of mattress avaiable after a few months. Another way to cover the issues they have.
