I can honestly say they have taken on a challenge and succeeded with the management of my properties. So impressed with the team at Crowther Richards and their quick response to anything that is thrown their way. Can't fault them.

Excellent service – I have had my properties managed by Crowthers Realestate for a number of years and have always found the service to be outstanding. They notify when repairs are required and always ensure that I am satisfied before actioning repairs. My properties are always well maintained and rent is always paid on time. I could not ask for better service.

Property manage poorly – Do not put your trust ,money or investment into these peoples hands.incompetent and arrogant.only communicate when you contact them. Masterful at "spin". Completely useless! – Real estate agent/property managers based in New Town, Hobart TAS. I have never dealt with such rude, incompetent and dishonest property managers. In the leasing of a house, they were completely useless and lied about how they were managing the property. When trying to speak to someone in charge, I was verbally abused.
