Crucial

This is the worst web hosting company I have ever experienced. Their web hosting and email hosting has gone down twice in twelve months. What hosting company even does that ?? Their 'Live Status Page' is a complete fraud. Their page reports everything operational, zero problems reported, yet, 4 of my sites are down, and on hold for 40+ minutes waiting for tech support, so clearly it's not just our site. And finally, they did a back end server migration a few months ago and destroyed our IMAP email server, requiring it to be manually rebuilt and emails from archives to be restored. This took days and many many messages. Avoid this company if you need a reliable, honest company..... (Still waiting on hold, still no email / web hosting, their status page still says all operational, no fault reports.........

Making web hosting simple, supported and secure – Crucial make web hosting simple. They have one plan for about $20 a month and it comes packed with features that will support most websites out there. The support is also fantastic. Dedicated and knowledgable. I will always point people to crucial if they want to keep it simple and know that there website is hosted by people that are professional and care. the only downside is that at this point in time, they only have phone support during normal office hours but they do have very active 24/7 email support. I have been told by Crucial that this will be changing shortly. Other than that, Crucial Paradigm ROCK!
