went seamlessly. The speed of the site and emails is amazing. And great value for money (much, much better than CD). It turns out they’ve been going for more than 10 years. That made it more amazing. I was so impressed a promised this review. A month later and I’m still impressed and decided I had to make good on that promise.

If like me you’re an Australian who went overseas for their web hosting, do yourself a favour and come home. I don’t know what the future holds, but my bet is that it’ll be better onshore. I am getting a higher quality better value for money service from DreamIT and you will to.

And yes this review is so glowing it might even look suspicious but I am genuinely that impressed.

No question was too basic (and I had a few!!). My IT experience is somewhere in the middle, so some things were easy for me to do without any help, but other things needed the team to help.

Their IT support team are impeccable and very friendly, and I found their response time really fast. I had responses within a couple of minutes!!

I chose them after reading reviews on Product Review and Whirlpool and wanted to give them a go, and really glad I did. I'm very happy with their support and with every interaction with them.

Liam, Davy, and Jason—have been fabulous. They reply to messages within hours (often within the hour!), give clear and friendly advice, and genuinely understand what you’re asking. They don’t use canned responses or prompts but read your message, get it, and fix things.

They went above and beyond helping us transfer our five domains and email hosting, even guiding us through a credit card dispute after WebCentral wrongly debited our account (and thanks to DreamIT Host’s information, we won the reversal!).

Since switching, everything has worked like a dream. Our email hosting is reliable, domain renewals cost less, and email hosting fees are based on actual addresses—not domains—which has reduced our costs too. Recently, when an odd email filter issue cropped up, they diagnosed and fixed it quickly, keeping us fully informed the whole way.
