to jump through hoops and create workarounds which I have had to deal with before.

We have a 2 Wordpress sites and a Prestashop currently, but looking at expanding into ASP.NET for the future, so the 1CPU plan was what we went for, so there is room to expand to the 2/4/8 CPU plans.

Support has been more than excellent and fast to respond with setup questions, even with replies outside of contracted hours which has been appreciated.

Looking forward to developing our ASP.NET website and moving our clients to UpTime Web Hosting for their requirements.

found a different review platform and the 1st suggestion on there was UpTime. I did further research, also here in Product Review, and found only positive reviews, a lot of them also pointing out that Uptime is based in Australia, even better in Brisbane, as I found out later. I decided to call UpTime, as I had quite a few questions. Speaking to John, answering all my questions and giving me the confidence that a transfer is easy and all managed by UpTime, I signed up and the entire web hosting transfer started rolling. UpTime kept me very well informed along the way of the transfer progress and after a few days all was done – what a great experience, if only moving house would be so easy. Although early days, I feel, that I will not regret the transfer of our web hosting arrangements to UpTime. In summary, great service, great comms and at a competitive price. Based on this, all I can say is: “Give UpTime a Go”, thanks to John and his Team to make this a transfer an absolute painless and, actually, a great experience for me. PS: Let me say, I normally don’t do reviews or surveys, but John & UpTime really deserve this, based on my so positive experience to date.

my domain, webhosting and security, I want to be able to talk to someone. Now this was one of the main sticking points for me, as most of the other domain providers were either chat or helpdesk. One particular was an Australian based company (name withheld) where they have a local number but redirects overseas. The call dropped out a few times and was very difficult to get back in touch with the same sales/support staff.

So from my first contact with Uptime Web Hosting, I advised that I have a few questions which was no problem for <name>. I knew from this first contact, I was in the right place, <name> was very knowledgeable and even had access to see and make changes on their systems as I was going through the options. <Name> was patient and further explained the options and add-ons which we part of the package and not additionals that had to be purchased like all of the other domain providers I had looked at and a fraction of the cost.

Why would you not choose an Australian based company, someone you can pick up the phone and call and prices far better than others.

I decided to purchase my plan (Registered Domain Name, Web Hosting, Website Building, Security and Email to manage my business). I also made a follow up call to ask a few questions and the same Sales/Tech person was a pleasure to deal with. It's good to know my business is in good hands.

I cannot recommend them highly enough, what a great choice I have made knowing my business is off to a great start.

several viruses, allowed unauthorised admin access from unknown actors in the US and elsewhere, provided no real assistance in resolving problems and their so-called support provided incorrect information.

UpTime were able to extract the website data and get it cleaned and operational in a matter of a few hours (for a not-unreasonable additional fee for the cleanup!) And that was on a Sunday!

John’s prompt response to initial questions was impressive and every step of the way demonstrated a patient, professional attitude.

My wonder is how many Johns there are at UpTime?

*initially our website was with WebCity, who were ok, but sadly acquired by an overseas company

Outstanding customer support. I had an extremely obscure problem connecting to a service on our UpTime account and John and the team kept working on it until they found a solution - way above and beyond expectations. service has been excellent, and they have always been very responsive in working with me to find solutions when I need components added to run specific functions on my site. And full use of cPanel to manage the site is excellent. This is the fourth hosting service I have used (for an Australian based personal website) during the past 19 years, and by far the best. Highly recommend.
