I bought a spare tire holder that was “ professionally repaired and repainted”. It’s like it had been put in its box with wet paint as all the paint on the edges has rubbed away onto the box. said they don’t accept phone calls and told me to email. After emailing, they wrote back saying I can send it back but they didn’t give me any details of where to send it back to or anything and didn’t confirm I would be getting a refund.
This company is a scam. Definitely do not recommend purchasing.
P+ O fail – Just finished P+O cruise Adelaide, Kangaroo Island, Port Lincoln. Staff were fantastic, food ok but not impressed being charged extra for some average food. Cabin awful. chairs splattered with paint. Thank goodness for room steward who kept cabin clean. I know this ship is being decommissioned next year but don't charge full price for very average cabins. Wait for lifts very long, often resorted to climbing stairs. Entertainment was good.
Poor Quality 'Refurbished' Parts – I bought a 2nd hand, complete sliding window set for a Troopcarrier. It was advertised as "Reconditioned". When I received it, the only thing that had been done to it was that it had been cleaned. The set had been dismantled, cleaned & re-assembled. well either. For "Reconditioned" I would expect a new window rubber, but no. Either the original had been put back in, or they had used another old 2nd hand one. Either way, the rubber was far from good. All corners were pulling out of the frame & the position where the 2 ends meet has a 40mm gap between the ends.
The item was definitely not "Reconditioned" AND whoever re-assembled the set, installed the central water / window seal strip back to front. Not worth the money paid.
Won't be buying from them again & won't recommend
