It’s also really easy to clean, which is a huge plus! I love using mine for homemade fakeaway meals, especially chips and all those easy oven-style foods that come out so much better in the air fryer.

especially since it has dual heating fans and everything I've cooked in it so far has turned out great. I love the viewing window which makes it so much easier to check on your fodd, and the simple dials for temperature and time are easy to use, and the timer has the cutest old school DING! sound when it's done. Love the colour (pink sand) and the basket size is surprisingly large for a compact air fryer. I am surprised how quiet it is and cooks very evenly. Disappointed the basket isn’t dishwasher safe which will hopefully be an improvement in future models. I have had a fault with it intermittently shutting off early while cooking but customer service have responded promptly and am awaiting the shipment of a replacement. Show details

Once I saw the crumble products I finally decided to get on board with an air fryer. It’s so pretty, which was important to me as it needs to sit on my newly renovated mid century kitchen bench. It cooks quickly and evenly & I love that it’s not plastic. I’m looking forward to experimenting with new & quicker ways of cooking. Finally ordered a crumble air fryer after deliberation for months and months and it’s great! The first one arrived damaged and the customer service team were so lovely to deal with and send an immediate replacement which arrived quickly. It cooks nicely and looks beautiful in our kitchen. Clean up it super quick and easy, even more so if you use their paper liner trays - then clean up is seconds. I cannot recommend the crumble air fryer enough.
The air fryer works great simple and easy to use. Its super easy to clean. And the crumble staff are super helpful and sort thing out fast.
While it is aesthetically the most beautiful looking air fryer, mine just stopped working 3 months after purchase. And then the trouble began. Worst customer service EVER. Promises broken. Frustrations. I would have been happy with a replacement but they would not give me the same Marshmallow colour that was only bought to match my kitchen. I emailed them 3 weeks ago to return the airfryer. I have had one response amongst my 4 emails to them. Terrible customer service. The unit itself is too small and I don't see a benefit in a smaller oven that still takes the same amount of time. Show details

Crumble sought a product review from me and I gave it 3 stars: I cited rusting screws on the basket and staining on the unit. Crumble responded that they would replace the basket but it never arrived. The unit then started intermittently shutting off before the timer was done. Crumble said they would replace the unit. I sent it back and they advised it would be refunded back to me, and then later retracted the refund comment and affirmed it would be a replacement only - a timeframe for which they cannot provide.
Since sending it back, I’ve discovered the rusting screws on the unit have caused stains on my kitchen bench. I also cannot locate my polite and honest review on their website - in hindsight I should have been immediately concerned about possible review gate keeping. I am considering making a complaint about misleading conduct, which is against consumer law in Australia.
