Great service – We have used Crusader Removals twice now, first from WA to QLD and second move within QLD. We are so happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Hayden is always so efficient with quoting / replies and the team Chris and Aaron who moved us were very professional, taking great care with our items.

Poor service – Great! Looks like i need to get a mediator to get my things back after looking at all these reviews. Called at least 15 times. They always promise to get back to you but never do. that relationship we moved to qld. Its been so traumatic trying to get our things back. Each time i call i get the same thing. We will get back to you. Its a constant cycle. I dont know where to go from here.

Advice: AVOID AT ANY COST – The WORST I've ever dealt with. Promised for many MONTHS everything was okay then on day immediately before pickup scheduled, the day our tenancy was ending, landlords waiting to move other tenants in, Crusader phoned to say their 'truck had broken down' and 'couldn't be contacted'! hanging off everyone's ear?!! This, despite their contractual commitment to collect and transport on the day confirmed for almost a year! I believe they simply got another job that was going to pay more. We were left HANGING with no way of getting out from an isolated rural property, and the move was from one side of the country to the other. We were left with no choice but to urgently scramble to hire another removalist and had to pay more for it. Asked Crusader to pay the difference - they refused. Our landlords fortunately didn't sue for not leaving on the date we'd formally advised, as they had legal right to do. Then Crusader had the nerve to try to claim they'd 'done so much for us' and tried to blame US for the problems they'd caused! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. After reading of the damage they've caused others, however, we're now very grateful we didn't use them.

Great service – Got a quote and have had Nigel follow up and answer any questions I've had and he has listened, he remembered what I told him! Mamager with the time for the collection. Shannon called and advised 8am.

Got a call at 740 on day off collection from Paul to say they're 10 mins out. Rob and Paul turned up shortly after.

These two guys were great, nicely dressed and so polite. Nothing was too hard. Packed and gone before I knew it, even after stopping for a quick pat of pup.

I'll be back to update on the unloading, let's hope that goes as well!!

Worst company & Removalists – Moved our stuff From NSW to WA. Damaged nearly everything, dragged stuff on the ground and promised to pay. Never delivered on the promise and have the hide to try and quote for future jobs.

Service was OK. Price was fair – Initial quote for removals came back quickly and for a good fair price, removal from Sydney to Perth. Communication was great to begin with, paid them the money up front and in full. After that it was difficult to get answers from them. for. It wasn't until the day before pickup that it was finally confirmed they'd be there on that day and that it would be between 2pm-4pm (they arrived around 6:30pm). After that I was on a time frame for delivery (due to requiring to be in travel quarantine for self-isolation from NSW to WA) and again, constantly told they'd get back to me with information as to whether it'd be there on time or not and which train it was booked onto. Eventually the time came and I had to take my family and myself to Perth on flights and knew by then the stuff wouldn't have arrived before we did. So we arrived to an empty home and the bags we brought and 5 days later our stuff finally arrived. Delivery was really good. Guys were great, they were fast and all in all we only had a few items broken (not sure if it was from pickup or delivery, but moving from one side of the country to the other, that's to be expected), during the delivery it started to rain and the guys were very conscious of this and even moved the truck to complete the delivery into the garage.

All in all, the service was ok, the only redeeming factor was the delivery boys at the end.

STAY AWAY. It has been almost a year and they didn't find our boxes and haven't called once – We moved from Sydney to Perth in November 2020 and hired this company to safely take our belongings. problems started. Boxes were missing, an entire box with our daughter's clothes, electronics, kitchens stuff and some sentimental stuff.

The manager was never available, never picked up the phone or replied to our emails. When we managed to finally speak to someone, they kept saying that someone else was looking after this, but this "person" wasn't ever in the office or was on holidays.
