September, i was really keen to know if they are going to offer other cashback until i didn't get transfer immediately and made me worry. Fund came back but after i check review here, i saw so many failed and some were unable to get it back. I transferred small fund again and not immediately deliverying again. I won't be using anymore if it failes again but it was extremely great experience and helped to get apprx 800 xrp which were increased its Value 3 times then punged down to double at current. I also paid back all BNPL and credit card debts as to focus on using cryptospend. Now I'm moving to other debit card where giving me cashback.

customer can't transfer from a Wise Account. I reviewed T&C's and there is nothing in there about that. 5 days later no refund. Support going in ⭕. Then they ask me for a new BSB and ACC number as it will take up to 3 business days to get in contact with their bank and get an answer as to what's happened with the refund. This is in "preparation in case the bank hasn't "initiated the refund".

Probably one of the worst crypto experiences I've ever had. Never sure if your speaking to AI or a real person on chat.

$590 still not refunded. Poor customer service. Glitchy app when it comes to support, like people reply and you get an email but doesn't appear in the chat.

I'm not sure where all these guys positive reviews come from on there app, there is only like 200 reviews but I'm pretty sure most of them are made up.

Stay away, much, much better and safer options out there for Australians.

statement and record of listed transactions made to CS. I have provided them with the requested documentation. To my horror their consultant has now requested to see my bank account source of savings/income. That to me is an absolute overstep and breach of my privacy to need to view. I have never experienced such a request for KYC. Locked out of my own account despite complying on every level. I can’t say I’m a happy customer considering I have done everything requested. There is also no local Australian phone number for customer support which is unsettling not being able to speak with a customer support representative.

Scamners now Wayex – If you have any issue they refuse return of your money, what's happened or why. Nothing from support nothing at all not even a reply. Coinstash paybtc coinspot far superior Aviod at all costs, kept everything and refusing to communicate. Dec 2024 update, All money kept and no reason why or resolve after multiple emails.

It would be great to be able to move a few coins to the top, but this isn't possible yet. Additionally, the ability to change the money amount when buying something would be a big help. It's currently challenging to buy a specific amount of a coin because you have to adjust the value of the stock you're buying to get the right amount of money. Allowing users to change both the coin amount and money amount would be much appreciated.

While the dark mode is great, it could use some tweaking as it's currently concentrated too much. It would be fantastic to add a feature where the app can automatically switch between day and night modes.

Overall, I'm in love with this app. I started using it last year, and it's been fantastic. The debit card and rewards program are excellent, and the support team is friendly and responsive. The rewards program is particularly impressive, as it offers 3% cashback of XRP on every transaction, although this is limited to $150 AUD per month.
