Absolutely amazing, I was looking for a keepsake for my best friend Zeus who passed away on Sunday the 12th and this was it. The detail is perfect, it's almost like a photo is inside of the crystal.
Extremely disappointing experience. My order was meant to be shipped over two months ago and never was. I tried to contact this business repeatedly through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, phone, and email, and received no response despite their claim that they respond within 24 hours. All the reviews on their own website are fake as there is no option to leave a review !! SCAM
Received a fake order is about to be shipped e-mail after placing the order.
Very disappointed, as this was a 50th birthday gift. Picture not clear at all. Can hardly make out who it is. Colour helps a little but overall, not worth the money. Now looking to purchase something else for the gift.
Follow-up · Crystify replaced the artwork and the second attempt was somewhat better. Customer service was just great and I was kept informed throughout the process.
Absolutely over the moon with my order. The product turned out perfect, the photo came out stunning. The recipients of this gift (for their engagement) were elated and her mother-in-law is now ordering one for her mother. The turn around time was fast & I was kept updated along the way via email. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.
The photo i uploaded was different to what turned out. The crystal image gave him a long nose and alien shaped face and my other childs face was ruined as well with a diffrent tilt on her head and her were lit up in the photo yet dull and lifeless in the laser print. . A gift i do not wish to give now and a waste of over $200. I emailed and did not get any response.
