Cuisinart Egg Cooker

Good idea but does not perform well – Have used it three times. First time boiled eggs and stainless steel bottom discoloured. Cannot clean. By third time decided cannot live with this bad discolouration as I bought it because it is stainless steel!! Pointer at bottom of measuring cup too thick to break to eggs properly. In the seventies I had a sunbeam cooker. Has it for many years and was happy. I also use daughter's egg cooker when staying wither her. That works well.

Am disappointed.

Best purchase ever ! Perfect eggs every time ! – I am so glad I purchased this. I love poached eggs for breakfast but hadn't made them for years because I could never get it right cooking them on the stove. Now I have poached eggs every day ... perfect every time ! Have used it for 4 months daily now and cook poached, soft and hard boiled eggs. Takes 10 mins for poached eggs and I just spray a touch of olive oil for easy removal. I also use a plastic rice spoon to remove poached eggs (pity it doesn't come with one though). No mess, easy to use, quick and easy to rinse and clean.

Wish I had discovered this product years ago ! Easy to use for perfect eggs, every time.

Great product – We had a Tefal Toast 'n Egg which broke unfortuantely, much to my husband's horror! So we decided to buy separate toaster and egg cooker. This egg cooker has been perfect for us so far. It cooks eggs in about 12 minutes which gives my husband time to have a shower and come back with cooked eggs. Cooks to perfection, however I haven't tried the poaching setting yet which I believe isn't as great as the boiled. But so far so good! Easy to use, eggs cooked to perfection It will have to be cleaned with vinegar and water to avoid any mineral build up
