delays, not returning calls and empty promises just are not worth it. We were promised 4 weeks which turned in to 15 weeks and only because we didn't get everything we had wanted. They blamed us for not choosing colours of blinds, but I highly doubt that the custom blinds were ordered when he graciously cancelled our order 6 weeks later. After going through a large renovation to our home I was intelligent and experienced enough to keep a record of all emails, texts, promises and phone calls. I used this company before when it had different owners, and if I did my due diligence beforehand, I should have not returned. Lesson learnt. I'm sure that I will get a response to this review immediately, but you can't take legal action for the truth.

Could not get one thing right, seriously not one thing! – Ordered 3 windows of roman blinds for our purchased property. We followed [name removed] the sales rep advise and ordered as she recommended. our home to rectify. We then noticed that the fabric on each window drop was not matched, meaning that the fabric had been cut from different runs of fabric. They had supplied plastic pull chains instead of the ordered metal chains. We discovered that the fabric had not been sewn straight on the edge and had to be taken down again for re sewing. In total the blinds had ben installed and re installed x 5 times. We then went on holiday and came back to the horror of the bottom on each blind had failed because the hem that wrapped around the bottom plastic weight was fixed by sticky tape only instead of being sewn. As we had experienced so many issues with the blinds we lodged a VCAT claim for return and refund of all blinds having no confident left in Curtains Direct only to be told by VCAT that for the small business owner (Curtains Direct) to be asked to refund our blinds as we had asked would cause the business owner financial hardship so VCAT ordered Curtains Direct to repair - yet again the blinds with stitching to the bottom of each blind and to fix the blind clashing with our slider door. We decided not to allow Curtains Direct back into our home as we have no confidence in their ability to provide a quality product- instead we have ditched them ($4,000 OF BLINDS and ordered replacements made by a reputable professional company. Buyer beware should you seek a refund of a faulty product do not expect it to be supported in VCAT even with the level of quality issues presented before the member who did state for the record that these blinds in combination to all the defects comprised a total major defect. Work that out! Date detailed photos can be provided and also the blinds have been put into long term storage for later reference. What a complete waste of hard earned money!

Cant contact Curtains and Blind Direct!!! – Cant contact them, they stalled my order, now cant even contact them. Are they out of business?!!! Yesterday called and told me, that get back to me in 2 hours. Still waiting!!! How they can operating like this? Checked their ABN registration. They are trading under many - many trading names.
