Cush’n Soft

Bought this amazing padded toilet seat but ended up returning it after I was assessed by an O/T. Even though I had opened the package I had not used it and although against their normal policy of 'must be in original packaging' Cush 'n Soft agreed to refund my purchase with no arguement on receipt of parcel. I returned it promptly and refund was initiated immediately. All through the process of purchase, waiting to be assessed by the O/T, etc the staff - Michael & Mia of Cush 'n Soft have been nothing but patient, courteous, respectful and understanding of my situation. It has been much appreciated and a pleadure to deal with this company. I would highly recommend this Aussie company who operate from Sydney but also have a location in Kilsyth Victoria. We all need to support this genuine Aussie company, when so many multi nationals flood our market these days, are difficult to deal with and even harder to obtain refunds from.

Fantastic toilet seat & so comfortable! I couldn’t go back to the hard plastic seat covers & I have them on every toilet in my home. I’ve dealt with Cush’nsoft for a few years now & they are always very helpful & offer excellent customer service. Highly recommend 10/10
