Custom Printed Blinds

Ripped Off – After organising and paying for two printed blinds from this company I received them only to find that the print quality was extremely poor. The blinds were unusable. I emailed them requesting a refund and never received a reply. Totally ripped off over $300. Extremely poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE of this company.

The "Blockout Blind" is plastic – Ordered a blockout blind with custom printing on it. "Blockout" for this company means it is made of plastic. Like PVC. No backing, even though I asked about it. The size was wrong, and the owner tried to say that the blind should be screwed into the wall and not the window frame. I requested a refund. No refund for me. It is unusable inside a house as it is plastic and smells like plastic.

November 5th 2017 Update: Had to take him to court to get my money back

After a terrible time with this company, I had to go through the Queensland to get my money back. The owner had the audacity to challenge me. When I provided additional evidence that he was completely at fault, he refunded my money plus the cost of me applying to the court. Worst thing was i still have the unusable blind in my house. It will go out for council clean-up. I suggest to look elsewhere for blinds.
