Don't touch – This oven was installed by Henley homes and I wouldn't recommend it to any one it takes about a hour to reach cooking temperature.without going to far i will mention that it caught on fire between the hot plates and oven. And the insurance would not cover the $600 repair bill. I sure Henley use the cheapest products available.I don't recommend either.

Terrible – Looks 5 stars but is actually 2 stars when its in your house. Please don't buy this product. Dont even buy anything from Think Appliance. Looks elegant, can cook 5 dishes at the same time. It takes a while to turn it on. Have to keep pressing even though the light has ignited. The oven is really annoying as you can't see what's inside because the light is only on one side. If you are making 2 pizzas at the same time, you'll see one properly and the other you can't as the light is only on one side of the massive oven. Called Think Appliance who is the distributor, came out twice in the last 3 months after requesting them to inspect few times (called them 5 times). One guy finally came, said will get back to me, never did. After calling again after few weeks, someone else came but never got back to me. They both said that there was a prblem but they never fixed. I'm so sick of it now. Please don't buy from them or this product. As it looks like a 5 star product but once you buy it, its really a 2 star product.
