Very disappointed. The oven comes with a 2 year Warranty, but the oven element blew after 3 years of use. I asked for the repair cost to be waived under Australian Consumer Law Guarantee because I did not buy this oven expecting it to break in 3 years... They declined and only offered for me to bring it to their store in Sydney for a repair at full cost.

Dissappointed – Don't touch these guys. They ask the customer to waive their consumer rights as to warranty service repairs if buying out of state. If you have an issue, you pay for your own technician. Any business that conducts itself this way obviously doesn't stand by their products. Steer clear and buy a known brand.

Ten out of Ten – Simply the very best, great service, great products & friendly informative staff. The most amazing shopping experience we have had in many years due to good old fashioned welcoming people. I cannot sing their praises high enough. Totally recommend Danielas.

Great service – I had problems with my house and the stove was one of them, it was incorrectly installed by the builder. Thankfully the team was able to organise a technician to come out and fix it promptly. Wonderful Customer Service! – Purchased my freestanding oven from Daniela Appliances 6 years ago. Our trivets needed to be replaced and called in. The friendly staff helped me identify the model of my oven and provided me with a quote for the trivets and included free delivery! The after-sales service was amazing!

DONT BUY the diswasher – The first time it was installed, it leaked and had to be replaced. However, it took months get someone out and confirm it needed to be replaced. After the new one was installed, we used it couple of times - loaded the washer and went to sleep. So wasn't aware if there were any issues. I was still cleaning up the living room and there was a bad smell - as something electrical was burning, coming from the dishwasher. I rang the builder who told me Daniela was shutdown during Christmas Break. So the first day they were back at work, I rang them and told them there is someone home only on Wednesdays, Friday after 3 or Saturdays. They then rang me on Wednesday to confirm a booking for next day (Thursday) and I told them no ones home. Then no contact for 2 weeks - then through my builder they can have someone out in Monday 3rd Feb. Agian, NO ONE is HOME apart from Wed, Friday's after 3pm or Saturdays. Still waiting....

Great products and Great Service – I have previously purchased 4 items from Daniela Appliances and love everyone of them. I had an issue with the sink mixer not complementing the sink I have and Daniela and her staff were than happy to help me resolve my issue. Great Service.

Simply the best

Would never buy a Daniela appliance again – We got a brand new Daniela free standing oven used it twice and the oven door shattered when I was cooking. We rang Daniela to tell them and to get it replaced as it was under warranty and was told the glass isn’t covered by the warranty and the lady was very rude not only did we have to buy a new door they didn’t even have someone to bring it to… Read more

Oven – Have edited review as Daniela have resolved the issue. I am satisfied with the outcome and the service provided. It is good to know that Daniela can back their products.

Poor quality appliances – I've had a Daniela cook top and oven for about 6 months and so far have had 3 failures that required a technician to come out and repair. I have never had an oven or cook top break in any of my previous houses and cant believe how many issues we have had with these ones. I would not recommend purchasing this brand. Spend a bit more and buy a reputable brand. It will save you a lot of headaches.

Best customer service – I bought daniela's new black underbench oven with a 90cm glass black cook top. The prices are amazing though the customer service is second to none. Thank you again. I will recommend you again to all family and friends.
