It works – I've used this mop for years and it works pretty well for me most of the time. Helps if you follow the instructions
AbtronicsX2 danoz service quality – I placed my order for abtronicsX2 on 30th Dec 2014. After sending an email on 14th Jan, they are telling me that they will split the order and for now, they will only send the part of the order that is available in their stock. Half of the order which will take an additional 5 - 10 days to be delivered and the rest will be sent in 3 - 4 weeks!… Read more
Talk about the service quality!!
Even the overseas purchase from the remotest of the remote location is delivered much faster than Danoz. Altogether, my entire order will take nearly two months to be delivered. That's a shocking speed of service!
You guys got to get your act together! Not happy
the worst thing i have ever seen – Leaves water all over the floor light goes on and off. Way to heavy. Big big waist of money. Called the company and they didn't want to know.
Heavy, cumbersome, difficult to use – My mum passed this on to me as it isn't suitable for the floors in her new house. I'm so glad I didn't pay for it or I would want a refund. To start with it's HEAVY. The water tank is difficult to fill as the fill hole is tiny. The whole unit is made from cheap plastic and feels like it's going to break. The mop heads are SO tightly cut that they… Read more
are nearly impossible to put on. Once I started using it on my lino floors it was so hard to push I thought for sure I was using it incorrectly; I'm a fitness instructor with an athletic lifestyle, this was backbreaking and exhausting!! The cloth heads popped off twice from the friction and we're too hot to put back on. Oh, and it's incredibly noisy. I'm sticking to my string mop and bucket. Save your money! Nothing.
Overall pretty good – I have had this mop now for some years now it leaves a lot more water on the floor than other mops I've used but it also has far more steam so I guess that's why the steam power in the hand held mop is the best ice seen and it works better for this purpose than on the floor all up its not bad for the price A lot of powerful steam Heavy water inlet not big enough
not happy – bought the mop 3 days ago, followed instructions to the letter, i waited 3 minutes for the green light to come on, it didnt, your suppose to push the on/off switch once to get it to work, i have to hold it on, it left alot of water on the floor and in saying all that it did clean the stove (with alot of water on it). I cant find the phone number… Read more

Unhappy customer – Got the product today used the attachment and cleaned the grout which is great but where the attachment goes in and turns to lock in has melted so now I can't turn it in to lock after one use. Why would this not be made of better materials I'm shattered I wasted my money on this product do not buy this product and I'm going to have to go further… Read more

Cheaply made product – I got this mop off a friend who never used it and gave it to me. I am so glad I didn't pay for it because it is made of really flimsy plastic and the handle broke the first time I used it. It falls over easily and bits of plastic break off every time. Now it's held together with duct tape and elastic. It really does a great job mopping though. I… Read more
love the finish though the water reservoir is too small and I usually have to fill it twice before I finish the job.
It is heavy and cumbersome and you have to squeeze a trigger to make it work which hurts after a while.
I haven't tried any of the hand held steamer attachments. Cleans well Flimsy material. Not stable. Not comfotable to use. Way too expensive for the quality of the product.
This is a $2 unit like most things being fraudently advertised by DANOZ. Big money spent on… Read more (+1 reply)
So easy to use – i have found the mop easy to use. it is quick and easy. leaves the floor a bit wet but i use it evey day and i don't buy cleaning stuff. showers come up great. would love to upgrade to the h2x5. i clean the cooker inside and out. i clean the toilet and door handles and when family sick it is more natural than chemicals and safer. Energy efficient No follow up
