I appreciate the shuttle service and the staff working behind the desks. BUT, this is the second time that we have booked for Honda service, and yet it took so long for the service to take place. it was disappointing I thought if we could booked the first hour of the day, we could go home earlier like maybe maximum of 4 hours of waiting.
We have wasted so much of our time! That is why we booked at 8am! But it seems like bookings are not prioritised.
If that was the case, NEVER use any booking system anymore!

I CANNOT recommend this shop to anyone if you value time.
Never buy from this dealer – Cheating dealer. Did not give me boot cover of the car when I bought it new but posted a dirty one full of spider webs and dust. Very rude parts lady and refused to get me new one lied that it is on backorder. I been waiting three months. Now she say no not getting me one.
