If I can give zero star I will – I used to leave negative review in google but they just remove it by some method I don't know. on the day of the quotation. Before mother said it was ok he told us nobody will see the dent so do no worried about this. I am really pissed off but they were referred by a friend so we still proceeded the quote with them.

However I called million times to the office to ask for installation after the promised lead time. Every time the lady just put me on hold for 15 mins and tell me soon and never suggest a actual time. Finally one month after the promised date [name removed came again to install (surprise!). Mom has a poor sight so she didn't notice [name removed drilled several extra unnecessary holes on her concrete ceiling but I was really angry and call the head office to talk to their boss [name removed. But I called 10 times to [name removed but he never pick up the call.

Didn't turn up for appointment - reply – I am the sales rep from Davonne Blinds, Philip, and I have never missed an appointment in 12 years of working with them. I had in my schedule 1.00 to 2.00pm, I turned up between 2.05/2.10 and Honor had gone out. There was obviously a mistake made in making my appointment time from head office. Avoid them if you know the story of Menai Blinds – Warning to potential customers: Lots of the 5 star reviews for this company are from their employee. I'd say one star is even too much for their product and C/service. I bought my outdoor blinds from them in 2016 and the clutch turned faulty in 2017. I trusted them then placed another order. But the crap fell down last month and they told me again they are not the same company and refused to fix it.

After this my friend told me they are actually the successor of the 'WELL KNOWN' Menai Blinds. Google "Menai blinds reviews' and enjoy it.
