Came in with my wife. The pedicure was excellent. Very premium experience.
Disgusting behaviour – Terrible pedicure. Worst I’ve ever had. Did not fix the problem when I asked. Asked me to pay for the scrubber to scrub my own feet. She then took photos of my feet, I told them to stop taking pictures of me several times, they kept going, and then got aggressive with me, pointing their finger at me close up and telling me I am “no good” and then called security on me! Security was probably required for their aggressive behaviour!
DAZZLE NAILS - Terrible!! – Terrible, just terrible. By far this is the worst nail service I have had in the 10 years I have been getting my nails done. Firstly, they demand payment before they have even done your nails, which I realise afterward is their way of ensuring they get payment. Secondly, they didn't finish my nails off. They did not machine file my nails after the last coat of SNS so the nails sit high and thick and lumpy (uneven). I wouldn't be so annoyed if their fee was at a cheaper or standard price but after charging a higher-end price of $60, I would expect that I should be happy with my nails and that it would look like they were done professionally. Instead, my nails look like they have been done by a trainee on their first day at work.
Worst service – I had a terrible experience at Dazzle Nails. When I arrived, a guy asked what I wanted and demanded $60 before they even started. I was hesitant, but I paid anyway. Then a girl came over, but she refused to do my nails because they were too sensitive. I had already paid, but she refunded the money back to my card, which will take 7 days. I would strongly advise against going to this nail salon. Save yourself the stress and choose a better place. I went straight to my usual [Name Removed], and they did a fantastic job as always.
