appear to operate without any moral compass. They have demonstrated a blatant disregard for ethical practices by failing to honour said obligations they themselves referenced during negotiations. This reflects poorly not only on them but also on your agency as a whole.

Additionally, their communication with buyers has been riddled with deceit. They are evidently comfortable making false promises and misleading statements, creating unnecessary stress and frustration for those engaging in good faith.

Perhaps most concerning, I was appalled to hear them speak negatively about their own vendors to justify actions that were clearly taken in bad faith. This level of unprofessionalism undermines the very foundation of trust required in real estate in Bendigo.

Shonky standards – After some senior staff left the standards dropped big time. Incompetent staff who don't take criticism to well, there accountable to you but they don't like to be held responsible for there mistakes...I think they have become to big to care and just leave things to fester and your stuck with it at the end of the day, as they don't want to know.
