on con note number 1404687395 will arrive last Friday, Last Monday and today the 11th of January 2017. This was Express. Not only do DHL hike the prices up for Xmas time, they lose parcels too and promise quick delivery! You are hopeless DHL, what sort of compensation do i get offered? Where is my parcels?

Why tell me by text that you will deliver Monday the 9th when the parcel hasn't even been cleared?

Who compensates me for the clients i have lost because of these 'special' orders did not arrive in time?

Why are there so many useless large freight businesses around that charge premium rates and cannot deliver products, let alone promises.

DHL is hopeless, don't waste your time, they will let you down when you really need reliability!

Great company – Very sorry to hear the passing of Rod recently. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rod the last 15 years and spoke to him as recently as April he was so enthusiastic about life and had a real zest and passion for real estate. He spoke so highly of his children Kim and Robert, the bond he had formed with his grandson jetson and his farm near york.

Very Happy With Service – Very happy with customer service. Miguel kept us informed and up to date with every stage of the property being sold. We Will definitely be using Defretis and Ryan again.

Bad Property Management – My property was managed by De Freitas and Ryan and they failed to notify me of a maintenance issue that the tenant noted to them. It resulted in damage being caused to the tenants property as it did not get fixed. I did the right thing and paid for the damage when I was made aware of it and then rectified the issue but De Freitas and Ryan did not accept any responsibilty for their inadequate management. Very disappointed in them.

Worst Property Management Company Ever – Last to last tenant damaged the property and was charged $495 to fix the paint on the wall. Receptionist of Defreitas and Ryan organised it by someone known to her partner who patched the featured wall - No use. Everyone at Defreitas & Ryan lied about everything. Experience has been really bad and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone for managing their property.

Wouldn't recommend – Drove past once and was shocked to discover the state of property. Contacted De Freitas and a breach was issued .Also late with rent which i discovered on the monthly statement. Tenant has made an effort apparently but the property has not been returned to original state and De Freitas recently inspected and stated no action required by tenant.… Read more

Instead I was warned that driving past once in 18 months to show the property to a family member could be a breach on my part and that the tenant had acused me of stalking. I have not been informed about any discussions regarding the breach or rent arrears nor contacted at all despite 3 emails asking that I be informed of progress. They take the money but do not consider that they have any responsibility to the owner. It would be nice if they honoured their advert and actually responded to their client. Certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Definitely on borrowed time.

Beware of defamation by a company you pay – Defreitas and Ryan are a company that will spread defamatory statements about you. They will do everything wrong and then blame you for it. This is the most unprofessional strata company I have dealt with during my lifetime. Management at defreitas and Ryan have no answers for stealing my images without my consent then using them to cause defamatory statements about me and my business to other clients.

Excellent Service – Exceptional customer service, my agent went above and beyond for me. We Will definitely be using Defretis and Ryan again.

Over charged – Over charged at the end of my agreement. Massive lack of communication from the Wanneroo office, over a week for email returns, and agents never seems to be in the office. contacted until about 3 weeks in after the agreement. Bearing in mind I couldn't get my bond back until this was fixed.

After they fixed the pants, they then decided I owed 2 extra days rent at the end of the tenancy, ( which was a lot as it was a massive house) after another 3 weeks of fighting this they realised they were at fault. (It wasn't hard to work out) no apology though. I have had to fight for this money, did they think i would just give up?

Today I received my bond after agreeing to the correct amount however, it's missing money, the 2 days that they had previously admitted I didn't owe. It been 8 weeks trying to get my bond back, and it isn't even all there. My time and energy is being competed wasted with this agent, I am going around in circles.

I would certainly not recommend this agency. I feel like I am being conned!

Exceedingly good service – Me and my wife found this organisation an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have sold multiple properties for us and manage a number of commercial and residential properties in our portfolio. We really didn’t have to worry about anything, all we had to do was have the house ready to present for viewing. They understood the current economic environment, and how to best approach it from a marketing perspective. said that they did a detailed "property condition report"... they said they conducted regular inspections... they said "everything was fine"... they said they conducted a "final inspection" and the tenants passed with flying colours... they asked to release the bond. Well, after I requested 3 times to attend the final inspection, but wasn't contacted by Defreitas & Ryan until after it was completed, I finally accessed the property when the tenants vacated. Well... what did I find? The tenants had either ripped up or used all the curtains to wipe their dirty, motor oil covered hands, filthy carpets (not cleaned by the tenant after they vacated), missing or broken light fittings (in every room in the house), dirty kitchen, 2 broken reverse cycle airconditioners, gardening that hadn't been done in two years... need I go on.

When confronted with this, instead of trying to sort it out, the Principal simply "resigned"... leaving me to sort out the bond and this mess with the tenants... They just walked away, saying that I was too difficult to deal with. You see, I believe that they really didn't conduct any routine inspections or even a final inspection... They just "ticked the box" and said all was A-OK, without even looking! Defreitas and Ryan is the most unprofessional, negligent, inept, underhanded, deceitful, dishonest real estate company in Australia! Don't do business with Defreitas & Ryan Real Estate! You'll regret it! Paying for a service, (management) when all they do is "mismanage" your property and cost you money! Hey... when the going gets tough... you can count on Defreitas and Ryan to 'resign' or runaway and leave you in the lurch for the mess that they have created! I'm going to be out of pocket thousands of dollars... with no bond compensation... trying to sort out this mess!
