Disappointing! I purchased a Decina pop-up plug for a Decina freestanding oval bath I had purchased. Matt versions of the bath come with a plug. For some reason gloss versions don’t. So I purchased a Decina plug from Blue Space ($70) based on the advice provided by Decina’s customer service line. It did not fit. My plumber did not retain the… Read more

box, so I was unable to return to Blue Space. After sending an email to Decina, I got a short and blunt reply stating they would be unable to help me. Expected much better of this company!
