The newer one is great BUT needs visual instructions for reassembly after cleaning: LEAKS! – The newer version is great. Keeps drinks deliciously cool. You can turn it upside down without a leak. ONLY PROBLEM: Decor MUST provide a visual guide to putting the thing back together after cleaning. I pulled one apart to clean and couldn't put it back together without it leaking, because of the positioning of the seal. Luckily I bought a second… Read more

one, allowing me to copy it. Truth be told though: I haven't got around to fixing it so I don't know how easy it is.

Fantastic Product – Fantastic product. If you clean it correctly and screw the lid on tight it will never leak. Keeps my coffee piping hot on my morning commute. I have been using this cup for over a year and have never had any issues or leaks. I would highly recommend this product Show details

Loveable reusable cup! – I love my double wall reusable cup, I bought it from an op shop here in New Zealand. Yes, I washed mine thoroughly as soon as I got it home. There were no leaks until I took off the lid to top up my cup with hot water. I checked it over, I may not have put the lid on right. I love my cup, it’s the way you put it together correctly and then no more leaks. Patience people, take your time and enjoy your drinks! Show details

People need to learn how to care for it – I’ve been using these mugs for a long time as soon as they start getting cooler quicker, I replace them with the exact same one! I’m a district nurse, so I’m in the car all day and my coffee is kept boiling hot for at least four hours which saves me constantly going to Cafe’s all day. Now people complaining about coffee getting stuck and going… Read more

moldy….you can take the entire lid apart!!! Put the lid on open and you can easily pull the top part off, you then have access to the whole compartment. I have OCD and would NEVER use something I couldn’t clean very very well. Now to the leaking! If you don’t have it screwed on properly this happens but also, I learnt that you must wipe around the entire top of the cup (the silver part with the thread) if there’s any water or coffee on this it will drip but when clean you get the perfect sip. I have also tried their double walled travel mug (see photo it’s the pink one) and found it awful, you CAN NOT get the lid off!! I hand on heart actually sprained my wrist trying to get it off (I do have arthritis but doesn’t affect my strength). But this one, perfection!! Just wish it stayed hot even longer

Your shirt will be drinking the coffee instead – The lids leaks on the side resulting it to drip on your shirt. It is alright on a few sips but after a while it will go on your shirt Show details

Don't buy it! – It spills over your shirt. Doesn't matter how hard you try not to. Show details

Not worth the money – I have bought 3 of these. I have spilled coffee on myself many times so will not recommend them. Coffee gets between the lid compartments and will leak and even if you unscrew the lid and drink from the cup coffee gets caught on the screw part and will drip. Show details

Be careful – The cup leaks when used for hot drinks and tilted. It works fine and is sealed if the drink is warm but leaks from between the lid and the cup if drink is hot. Learned it the hard way unfortunately. Show details

Lid leaks all over you – As you drink it leaks from under the lid all down your top and u get coffee all over your top burning you. Terrible Show details

Useless – As the other reviews say, your first sip is ok, but then the drink collects under the opening mechanism part of the lid and does not drain back into the cup. When you take your next sip all the drink that has collected under the lid comes out from under the lid and lands all over your shirt. How this passed quality control Decor I will never know. It is an epic fail. Show details

Worst Travel Cup – Just bought on Wednesday used for first time today went to have a drink and wondered why my hand was wet. It was leaking down the sides I took lid off put in on again made sure it was on proper same thing. Ended up wearing more coffee then I drank as when you go to drink it also leaks somewhere else. Nice looking cup but that about it. Returned to store for refund. Show details

Dangerous – Worst travel mug ever!!! Unusable in that it leaks (pretty much on to the chest area) when you drink from it. Hot liquids burn. Should be removed from sale. Waste of money. Show details

Decor you had one job! – As with the other reviews, mug leaks under the lip. Decor you had one job, this is to deliver coffee to one’s mouth without it leaking over one’s lap. How did this mug pass the design phase and into manufacturing in its current state, let alone getting to shelves. And on top of that, looks like I got ripped off I paid $16. Show details

Not a Fan, Waste of Money – I recently bought one of the Decor Double Wall Reusable Travel Cups, as I was starting a new job. So far, 9 days out of 9 it's leaked all over my Shirt, Tie and Trousers. Not a good look working in the Executive Administration. I've followed all instructions on cleaning it and putting it back together. Show details

Leaky – Seal around drinking nozzle isn't right, so liquid leaks under the lid and makes drinking impossible. No wonder it was so cheap. Show details

Doesn't keep iced coffee cold (or coffees hot) – I like my iced coffees cold. I uber in the evenings and like to have my fix of iced coffee. The product boasts 16 hours cold but after a few hours, I find the iced coffee is cool, not a crisp icy cold which is the way I like it. For $15, I find this pricey and prefer to use my aldi stainless steel vacuum bottle for $6 instead. This keeps drinks… Read more

cold for over 24hours.

Update: 20/11/24 - Used it for hot pot coffee. Was cold within 2 hours when it claims to keep liquids hot for 8!
