we had to apply for a default judgement to instruct bailiffs for the return of the deposit. Gerry is simply a thief.

something is not right , they had to come back several times 5 times all up I believe after completing the job, this was all to rectify problems with the sealer they used not working correctly and seeping out of the concrete leaving stains and run marks , I had to remove all my outdoor furniture that had only just been installed so they could come back again and reseal it, they never showed up several times after scheduling a time and date with me they never called to cancel they just didn’t show up, and even now it is still not correct there are visible square kneeboard marks everywere around the pool area and it stains very easily even just from footprints, they also spilt a wheelbarrow load of rocks in the brand new pool when they were concreting around it and that has left scratches on the fibreglass pool shell and I had to hire a pool cleaning company with a vacuum to get all of this out at my own cost

Taking Advantage, unsatisfactory work, rude and abusive – Paid money in full to do exposed aggregate and install artificial grass. Took down my fence without my permission, fixed but left the fence uneven and very loose. Install two different types of artificial grass, left a sinkhole. Uneven concrete surface, was rude and abusive when pointed out the faults. Will never recommend.
