WORST REALESTATE EVER – Absolutely terrible property managers. I have an entire list of bad things to write but it’s not even worth my time writing them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Waste of Time – Would not recommend using Define Property Mooloolaba for selling your property. We marketed our property with them and it went to auction. All the hype and no delivery. told to reduce.. It was then listed and kept on coming in with time wasters as the buyers were told a lower price was on the property. We were also told there were offers but never saw many of them. After that, all communication had stopped and heard nothing from the agents, and still nothing. It is now off market and will do it ourselves next time. Its a perfect spot and was no reason it couldn't sell. Don't waste your time.

I wouldn't waste my time with Define – Purchased 12 months ago. Sale was a terrible and dishonest experience. I'm 12 months on and have just had smoke alarms tested to be notified they sold me the property non compliant, and none of the alarms are interconnected. I'm not surprised to be honest after the way the sale went. If you're after an honest agent with integrity, this isn't your place.

Terrible for property management and selling your home – I have unfortunately have had bad experiences with DFP with property management of our investment house and also them trying to sell our house. the lack of communication from agents leaving and new agents starting which resulted in significant maintenance issues being missed and when finally brought to our attention with extensive damage we were told the scapegoat excuse ‘that’s just general wear and tear’ Instead of taking accountability from tenants for damage and conducting proper entry and exit reports. Or notifying us straight away when damage had started. We have multiple properties and this is by far the worse one managed. From our perspective Define are very pro tenant. We then decided we had had enough and would sell the property. Biggest mistake we made was letting them try to sell our house. They didn’t bother to do a popper marketing plan and RECYCLED old photos that had water marks on them from a previous real estate agent. How’s this for professionalism, The first opening photo was of a dirty pool with black stains on the walls and the market strategy was non existent, no discussion to have a video to show case the home or new photos to be taken. These guys are meant to be the best at what they do?!? The sell was dismal and not target marketed either. I had to contact them to say please get the first photo taken down and changed and get the property in tip top shape for sale!! Clean the pool and water blast, check the gardens make sure the spa pool cover is fixed up and replaced and anything else that needs doing. What do you think they did?!? None of the above. They tried to show our house with a damaged spa pool, and cracked induction stove top and a dirty stained pool. Then it gets even more sloppy… the house was to go to Auction and they had ZERO information about any auction 10 days out from the date it was to happen. I had to contact the company and ask what is going on? How crap is that for marketing from so called professionals. It failed to sell at auction. Not surprised there.

They finally got an offer 4 months after being on the market that wanted extension after extension after extension and Define in that time basically whipped their hands of it and didn’t show it to any other people or offer to do a sunset clause at time of offer. That contract fell through of course cause guess who had to sell the vendors home?!? Define and they failed to sell that one too. We took the home off Define and off the market for 4 weeks, got a new agent and they did an amazing market plan, target market and video and pointed out all the things that needed attention that Define didn’t fix but told us they would and we were so disappointed in Define. The new agent had an offer in 24hours after relaunching our house back to market and in 14 days we accepted an offer. The new agents were asking us what on earth were Define doing?!? If the current offer falls through we have 3 waiting buyers. Multiple times I have tried to obtain basic Entry reports from our Define Property manager to see when damages have happened from the tenants? And they won’t send them through. They fail to upload reports to ‘Property Me’ for landlords to check even after you ask them to update, and all you get is crickets!! The routine inspections have terrible photos so again just plain sloppy but they blame technology of course. I have now opened a complaint with OFT against Define Property Agents. I do not recommend Define Property Agents Mooloolaba to manage your investment property or to sell your home.

Dirty liar – Tried buying a property from Greg Turnbull. Was told lie after lie for a whole month. Even 12 hours before the auction he lied to us and said the addition did not need council approval. Happy In real estate – I have been dealing with Alice from Define property Mooloolaba for a couple of years now her attention to detail and professionalism is second to none I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody with a rental property

Property management – Friend leased a unit through Define real estate Mooloolaba qld and I was shocked by their management practices. Highly disorganised non communicating and inefficient with any correspondence. Tenant came home to find a tradesman in her unit , they the agent gave the key to the tradesmen without any notification or permission by the tenant As a property owner I would highly not recommend this team to any vendor , highly unscrupulous.

Worst experience ever – Unbelievable as a Landlord the Experience I Had with Defines Property Management Team is By Far the Biggest Nightmare that I Have Had in Real Estate . What I experienced I wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else
