Sensational! LOTS of menu options, including loads of vegetarian. Chef-prepared meals for one, two or family sized. Mains, side dishes and desserts. Reliable delivery within two hours window advised the previous day. Absolutely love these guys.
Follow-up · Each meal has reheating instructions for oven/stovetop, microwave or air fryer. The instructions are easy to follow and timings are accurate. Some meals (usually pastas) can be reheated from frozen; others need 24hours in the fridge to defrost. The desserts I have tried are to die for. I've only ordered from Delidoor twice and love the dishes. I predominantly order Asian/rice based dishes which are in fact quite OK, I thought. Delidoor's delivery was the worst..
Such a pity that a Coy is emphasising more on its profit rather than their Clientelle, so it seems. I don't think they've ever consumed watery rice, mixed with curry? It's truly disgusting on your tongue... Needless to say, I shall not return.
Another reason why I need to refrain from ordering further is, many of their dishes come surprisingly frozen in a plastic bag?! Hard to believe in today's world, I'd say. Here's hoping Delidoor can eliminate this plastic stuff & those pools of water in their dishes as the taste is OK except for the WATER!

Utterly useless and terribly arrogant attitudes. Their system changed details and when raised [Name Removed] just said, eh, you screwed up nothing we can do. Then he has the hide to say they will refund as "a goodwill gesture". This was to an autistic person as well! Unbelievably low attitude towards vulnerable people. Show details
Poor packing and company response – I purchased the stuffed pumpkin, plus roasted vegetables. The pumpkin was packed on top of the vegetable pack, denting the vegetable pack. received no further reply. I will not be dealing with this company again. Now to the product: Pumpkin does not freeze well, and - when cooked - did not keep its shape; it did not cut well. The flavour - including the stuffing was passable, however I consider the product to be vastly overpriced. I send a review, but it does not appear to have been published on the Delidoor website. I contacted the company on three occasions, without receiving any further response. It seems that they are unwilling to accept that there may have been a glitch in their packing department.
