Terrible product!! Nothing but problems – We have had numerous problems with multiple components. The fan has broken twice and circular element has blown twice also. Rotisserie switch also stopped working even though we have never used it. This is all within 5.5 years of owning the product. Not worth the money we spent on it.  Show details

Worst Oven EVER!!!!! – Constantly buying new fan forced elements every 2 or so years...so over it...will never buy delonghi ever again...with what I have spent on repairs I could have replaced the oven,,,Elements are way over priced.Even when it is working efficiently (which isnt very often) it still doesnt reach high temps..steer clear worst oven ever

Steer clear! – This oven cuts out when you crank up the temperature !!!!! It's ok at 180 degrees or less which is fine as long as you don't like pork crackling. Based on feedback online this is a common problem. I'd suggest you do your research and steer clear of this brand !

Frustrated!!!! Oven keeps cutting out after less than 2 years – Purchased this oven less then 2 years ago within the first 12 months the indicator light stopped working. And now the oven keeps shutting off! It works sometimes and not others a real pain especially when your half way through cooking something.

Very pleased – I have had this cooker for around 8-9 years now and have never had a problem with it. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone.It is easy to use with more than enough oven space,the only thing I find I don't use very much is the fish burner.

Disappointing – Bought this oven when we built our new house a bit over 3 years ago. The first issue was one of the burners completely warped. This was replaced. For this last year we've had a problem with the oven cutting in and out. $250 bucks later still happens. A real lemon!! The gas cooktop Interior width ok but shelf heigh a real issue. A large oven yet you can't fit a roast and 2 baking trays.

Pitiful oven – Had the oven for 2 1/2 years can't bake anything without very uneven cooking on the outside of trays, everything must be rotated, really disappointing for fan forced. Servicing agent has measured temperature of oven supposedly OK suggested turn temperature down & cook longer. No effect this does not address problem. Would not recommend to anyone. OK – I like my oven it cooks well and produces some lovely pastries for me, cleaning is a big down fall. I find the oven easy to cook with doing pastries etc, I have not had a problem with heat distrubition The self cleaning - I don't think this works, instructions to place oven on high and leave and then wipe out - don't think so, you do have to scrub just like all other ovens. If you don't pre heat the griller it gathers moisture in it and then drips on your floor, more cleaning required. The cast iron top is also very hard to keep clean. The removeable glass well that gets dirt inbetween and causes more issues than its worth
