received had a profile height of 14 cm, 2 cm higher than the specified 12 cm. Having sent 2 emails and called customer support on numerous occasions over the past 3 weeks no one from Dentons has contacted me. The whole organisation's Customer Support is a mere 15 hours per week and is appalling. Not sure how this pillow won the Choice award - obviously they were supplied with a correctly specified pillow.

Update: Dentons did finally respond and swapped the 14cm pillow for a 10cm pillow at no cost. However the pillow still has a totally different feel to the one I tried at Myer. It’s a very firm pillow and a bit too low even for me as a back sleeper. Customer Support are now available 4 days/ week.

Terrible – I had high hopes for this pillow, but unfortunately it hasn't delivered. Information on Denton's website is misleading. This is not a high profile pillow, it's a low one. It hasn't reduced my shoulders pain. Now I have an added benefit of having a neck pain and headache in mornings. High profile one? It's a joke, Denton's!
