feel like they’ve change the design because the old ones were yellow but this one is white and a lot tougher, they used to be good, not anymore. Customer service not allowing to swap for low profile and say for me to bed it in type thing. I’m better off buying a memory foam charcoal pillow or something which I’ll do next time which is basically similar without the hefty price tag. Won’t ever buy from them again and I told them that and they don’t really give a damn. So it seems they don’t care about loyalty or after sales. So bye bye.

unfortunately she suffered the same problems causing broken sleep and waking up tired and with some pain. We called Spinaleze to provide feedback and ask for advice to improve the performance of the pillow and were told to try adjusting the pillow shape which we tried without any improvement with our sleep. They would not accept a return of the pillow as we had removed it from the plastic cover therefore at a cost of $250 I would have expected better from the company and the pillow. From my perspective poor assistance, customer service and not the result we expected from this purchase.

I am no longer a Spring Chicken! Over the years I've developed neck and shoulder issues and am really appreciating the support and comfort proved by my Spinaleze pillow. It is fantastic - and a 100% Australian product.

At the time, spending a couple of hundred dollars every few months on a pillow simply wasn’t worth it.

Seeing all the recent positive reviews, I decided to give Spinaleze another chance, hoping the durability and quality issues had been improved. Sadly, that hasn’t been my experience at all. In fact, I’d say the pillows now feel even worse.

I normally prefer firmer pillows, so firmness itself isn’t the issue. These pillows are just so uncomfortable. They feel too high for me, even though I completed the profile quiz carefully to ensure I ordered the correct size for my body shape and side-sleeping position. Instead of helping my neck and shoulders, I’ve been waking through the night with even more neck pain and discomfort.

What’s most disappointing is that with my original pillow, at least I initially experienced some relief before the material degraded. With these new pillows, I can’t even say I’ve had a few months of good sleep from them because they’ve felt so uncomfortable from the beginning.

For nearly $200 per pillow, I expected far better quality, comfort, and support. It’s also disappointing that there’s no proper trial or money-back option, especially for an online pillow company where most customers can’t realistically try the product first unless they happen to live near the Sydney store.

If you’re on the fence about buying one, I’d be careful. It’s a lot of money to spend on a pillow you can’t try first. I now have one pillow that’s unusable and another still sitting in its plastic bag because the first one was so ineffective for me.

I understand every person’s body is different and clearly Spinaleze pillows work for some people, but based on my experience, I genuinely wish I’d saved my money

My neck and lower back had been in agony for over 11 years and the surgeons wanted to operate . It was my neurologist that said he purchased a spinaleze pillow and was really happy with it and that i should give it a go. The pillow took about 1 month to work wonders . … it is so luxurious .. Now one year later i have absolutely NO PAIN . The Spinaleze Mattress is a LIFE SAVIOUR . It is so comfortable at my setting that it confers to my side of the mattress and i sleep forever and wake up so refreshed . One year later both myself and my wife are extremely happy. I'm loving my Spinaleze pillow. It feels so comfortable and secure when I pull the contour at the front in to support my head and neck. I'm not constantly moving around trying to get a pillow into the 'right spot'. Enjoying a good nights sleep every night.

I bought the medium pillow and found that it had an overpowering chemical smell from the memory foam that was so strong I couldn’t sleep on it. Even after a few weeks the smell was still really strong and so I threw the pillow in the bin. A lot of money down the drain.

dissipate as well as other Pillows. I tried changing the cover to a cooling cover but still it conducts and retains too much heat. The later then negates the shoulder cut because as a side sleeper if you want a cooler part of the pillow to put your face you don't get the shoulder relief. If the cooling was better it would be almost perfect.
