“adjustable” layer system is flawed: removing either of the two main layers makes it too low, and the thin middle layer is so insubstantial it’s basically useless.

I bought it because of their 100-night money-back guarantee. That’s where the real problem began. After a week of trying, I contacted them to return it. Over the next few days, they asked me to try configurations I’d already tried, then to send multiple sets of photos (including with the tags cut off). On 18th July, they told me they’d send return labels within 1–2 business days.

It’s now been over 4 weeks and I still have no labels, no refund – just constant excuses like “please wait 10 days for our freight partner” or “we have a high volume of requests.”

At this point, I consider the “guarantee” a scam. I’m now contacting Consumer Affairs to take it further.

And a big one is tackling where we spend a large percent of our 24 hours: sleeping. I am used to contoured pillows that support my head and neck. I find this pillow pushes my head forward, making it very uncomfortable. I have taken out middle insert and that doesn't help much. On the side it's fine, as you have your shoulder there. I think you should make contoured pillows. Show details

Fairly comfortable, although the side with the memory foam is much nicer to sleep on which can be a pain when you're trying to figure out what side that is once it's in a pillowcase. Very handy to have the foam insert because the hight without it is perfect for me. Show reply

Worth trying, give it time if it doesn't work right away – I bought these pillows to help with neck pain, but it took some time to get used to it.
