Not what was expected, feels like a rock

The pillow feels like a rock no matter how I arrange the inserts. My neck is so sore in the morning I’ve had to go back to my old pillow. My husband has had the same problem with this pillow. Definitely not worth the money, not sure how this was rated so highly. Do not recommend.

Not comfy for me

For me the pillow is not comfy.
It doesn’t seem to support my neck well.
For my husband he loves it as he likes a smaller pillow.

Purchased for $175.

Not Loving It

Pillow arrived the day after I ordered it, so no complaints there. I like the removable cover, and the fact that you can rearrange the 3 separate inserts to your liking. I am persisting with the pillow, it is a bit on the firm side for my liking. I thought it would have been a bit softer. So while I don't dislike the pillow, I am not living it

Purchased in for $96.75.

Best Pillow I’ve Had

I’m 45 and have always had nice soft duck down pillows. I only recently decided to try Emma’s foam pillow. I was sceptical and at first thought it was too hard for me. But after a few nights, I had adjusted and everything since have had a better sleep.

Purchased in for $200.

Best pillow ever!

This is the best pillow I’ve ever rested my head on. It has the perfect amount of support and isn’t too soft or hard. I’m sleeping way better after purchasing the pillow and look forward to trying the Emma mattress I’ve just ordered.

Purchased in for $99.

We bought Emma queen size diamond hybrid mattress and 2 foam pillows.Ordered it at night and received order next day which was amazing.Mattress and pillows are so comfy. Both my hubby and I are very happy.I have been sleeping well and it has helped with my lower back discomfort. Love also that I can get up and not wake him up or vice versa.Highly recommend

Firm pillow

I initially bought this for myself but it is a little bit too firm for me. I prefer a softer pillow. Hence, I gave it to my mom and she loves it. It helps her sleep better

Purchased for $96.75.

Great neck support

I recently upgraded to a new pillow, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. The level of support and comfort it provides is unparalleled, making every night's sleep a truly luxurious experience. The memory foam contours perfectly to my head and neck, offering just the right amount of firmness . It's not only incredibly comfortable but also breathable, keeping me cool throughout the night. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their sleep quality and overall well-being.

Surprisingly comfortable!

A lot firmer than my usual pillow type. But I have had some neck issues and this pillow seems to give me the support my neck needs.

The best pillow

I love this pillow. I had trouble with head and neck pain during the night but since using the pillow, that was recommended by my daughter, I have slept so well with no pain at all. Definitely recommend this but if you buy one give it at least 2-3 night to get use to it.

It's a very comfortable and cool pillow. Adjustable thickness is great

I've tried multiple memory foam pillows and this is up there with the best. I've found getting a good shape and thickness is most important, so the adjustable layer in this one is great.

You mention 2 layers are recommended for side sleepers. Which 2 layers should be used if I'm a small person (151cm height) and to avoid neck pain?

Emma Sleep
Emma Sleep ·

Hello Thu. Sorry to hear about your neck pain. You can try any combination of the rest of the layers but we would suggest using the middle layer (white, hypersoft foam) on top to give you a softer feel.

What is the difference between the top and bottom foam as they differ in color?

I took out the middle one on the one I just purchased, but was thinking to take out another layer but unsure what the difference is between the top/bottom layers? Your site doesn't seem to hold the answers either...

Emma Sleep
Emma Sleep ·

Hello Nixz,

Supporting side (white) -> it offers an ideal support function for your head and neck.

Comfort side (blue) -> it offers a feather-light lying feeling and supports your head while at the same time sinking in ideally.

Adaptive side (yellow) -> it distributes optimally the pressure and supports the head and shoulders, relieving pressure efficiently. In a reclining position, it adapts perfectly to your body.

if there is anything more I can do for your please do let me know.
